GBOutdoor Master’s Customer Service Sucks… Outdoor Master’s customer service might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1st, they send me a damaged product. 2nd, I email them with pictures stating I would like a refund and I receive a canned response of how sorry they are and promise me a refund in “1-5” business days. It’s now been 8 days without receiving my refund. The contact phone # is horseshit because no one ever answers it the damn in box is full. I will NEVER buy anything from this company.

GBOutstanding products and customer support I’ve been using OutdoorMaster SUP pumps for about 4 years now and the Shark 2 has been the best and fastest on the market. I have recently bought the new Cachalot Mini 2s and it’s absolutely brilliant. I have had questions to ask about both products and the Customer Support Team at OutdoorMaster is second to none. You may believe there are other products as good available now but I promise you you will never find better customer support.

GBVision Bundle and Customer Service So the reviews I read about Outdoor Master were pretty solid across the board. Saw some reviews about customer service issues, but that did not hold me back from pushing forth and purchasing a pair of the goggles with some other lens. I had a short timeline and they delivered. Not only is the product as advertised, I had some questions of customer service. I am not saying others did not have issues, but customer service was extremely responsive during my process.

GBGreat customer service! I had trouble fitting the connection for the Shark pump to my SUP and thought that none of their connections worked. The support person was awesome. The response was super quick as were followup emails. After asking me to send photos of my valve and fittings she sent a photo with a clear diagram of how to switch gaskets to give a correct fit. That did the trick!!

GBAnswered my question quickly! Iris bot answered my question quickly and completely. I have sent similar inquiries to two other companies and have yet to receive a response from them!! If your goggles will fit my new helmet (hasn't arrived yet), I will definately purchase your goggles, in part thanks to your Iris.
