USI have been trying to make a return and… I have been trying to make a return and have been ignored for two weeks. All my emails have gone ignored and the phone number doesn’t work. Customer service need help!

USWouldnt trust this company We ordered a saddle and it did come. The saddle did not fit or work for our horse. So we attempted to return the saddle. We called, emailed, and attempted to use the return form on their site. We tried to contact them for weeks, texting got one response that they were sorry and would get the return label sent. This never happened. We ended up sending it back ourselves and claiming fraud on our credit card. Not worth the hassle.

USUpdate: absolute SCAM. ***Update**** luckily my order was only $14 but this company is an absolute scam. A quick google search yielded their “about me” page with their executives. All very canned bios with AI photos. I searched every executive they listed on this page, absolutely none showed up on any social media, and I challenge you to find a small e-commerce company that isn’t expanding their digital presence. I’m in this industry and I know e-commerce. Do not buy from them. Original complaint: ORD#6333 customer service is terrible Terrible user experience regarding a back ordered item. Other than the initial notification of back order, and a suggestion to choose a different color that is in stock, I have had no human interaction, all my responses and follow ups generate the same automated response from all emails. Cancel this order and refund my money please. (That’s on my latest response that will undoubtedly generate the same “Hey Keeton! Thanks for getting back to us. We understand that waiting for the backordered item can be a drag. But no worries, we've got some alternative products in stock that you might like. In fact, we have a great Racing Bat available. If you're interested, you can check out more options by clicking on this link: Let us know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else we can do for you.” I’ve gotten several times now)

USReturns I bought a baker sheet, defective.sent emails no response. If you sell something back it up. No customer service. Horrible business. Glad to see i am not the only one who is being ignored.
