GBWouldnt trust this company We ordered a saddle and it did come. The saddle did not fit or work for our horse. So we attempted to return the saddle. We called, emailed, and attempted to use the return form on their site. We tried to contact them for weeks, texting got one response that they were sorry and would get the return label sent. This never happened. We ended up sending it back ourselves and claiming fraud on our credit card. Not worth the hassle.

GBThe service was great and the price was… The service was great and the price was good too! Shipping time could have been better but I'm still happy with it. At first I wondered if it was going to be cheap quality but it's actually great quality and holds up well.

GBCustomer service was aweful Customer service was aweful. My order got placed on backorder and any time I would email I would not get a response or a delayed response that wouldn't answer my question. I called once and was told the team would have to call me back abd they never did. Finally got a response to substitute my item for one in stocks and that one was shipped within a week and appears to be a good saddle we have not used it yet. The cince that came with it however was to thick and had to be replaced.
