HRMalfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.

ESI really don't know how people claim to… I really don't know how people claim to have a bad experience with the customer service. I bought an scooter that worked fine for months, but I once had an issue with a broken controller, then with the folding system and I got both pieces sent in no time without even paying a cent. They were also very nice and attentive.

GBAdvice please Hi, I've received the aovo Pro 365 e scooter for my son's christmas present. It's currently on charge and turns on etc but cannot get the app to pair with the scooter and cannot get the scooter to actually work or move. I've emailed the address but I'm feeling very worried as it's a Chinese address although it's been shipped from Germany. Please can you advise me. Thanks

IEFraud???? The company never send me receipt of my payment, track number and expected delivery day. It had completely ignored my request for cancelation of my order and refund,it has been 20 days!!!Make your own conclusion about the validity of this... so called company
