Advice please Hi, I've received the aovo Pro 365 e scooter for my son's christmas present. It's currently on charge and turns on etc but cannot get the app to pair with the scooter and cannot get the scooter to actually work or move. I've emailed the address but I'm feeling very worried as it's a Chinese address although it's been shipped from Germany. Please can you advise me. Thanks

Not real AOVO/ Tracking unavailable I didnt know this was not the real aovo, it took forever to ship and would not even let me know the status of the package until it was at my door. Malfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.
