Called customer service one day regarding a returns questions about the product I was looking at and the representative was super kind and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Don't buy from this company! Don't buy from this company if you are outside of the States!!!! When you return the item (which you will end up doing because their products are NOT at all like what their website shows) you are on the hook for the shipping costs! It cost me $30 CDN to ship it back so I was out-of-pocket and had nothing to show for this expenditure! I bought a woman's life jacket for $100 USD and it was so thick that I couldn't reach to get the zipper up plus the zipper was tucked inward which was hard to reach anyway. It was way too short - just below my belly button - and I'm a small woman. It wasn't at all like what the picture showed on their website.

I did some research on the company and decided to order online on a Saturday. The item shipped that Monday and arrived on Wednesday (Oregon to California).
