I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. GBTried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back
