I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. Easy and Affordable I bought snow gear for my tall and skinny son, it’s hard to find stuff that fits him properly. The questions to help find the right size was appreciated. My experience was quick, easy and affordable!

Still waiting to receive my jacket... Still waiting to receive my jacket well past when it was suppose to arrive. No updates being provided on why it’s taking so long or when it’ll arrive. Overall, not a great experience for my first purchase and not thrilled to buy again. It’s cold where I live and a jacket is something I was counting on.

Toni mittens I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !
