I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience! I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit.
