GBTried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back

She clarified the description of my ski jacket within minutes and answered all my concerns. The jacket was ordered quickly and I was completely satisfied. New to skiing and plan on ordering whatever items I can with Rocky Mountain. thanks again for the great service you are highly recommended!!

GBEasy and Affordable I bought snow gear for my tall and skinny son, it’s hard to find stuff that fits him properly. The questions to help find the right size was appreciated. My experience was quick, easy and affordable!
