I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. I ordered gloves today and received… I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.

Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back
