I ordered gloves today and received… I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.

Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I don’t have ENOUGH great things to say about my customer experience with him!! I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... THANK YOU Chris for doing all you did so I can be properly dressed & all geared up in time for my trip.. and so I can stay WARM!! I’ve never experienced more EXEMPLARY customer service!!

Great service, value, and quick free delivery Excellent customer service, great prices, and quick and free delivery. I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service during a chat with Rocky Mountain Ski and Board. Claire spent a good deal of time to help me identify which women's jackets had all of the features I need. She actually pulled the items to check for features when the manufacturer's description didn't answer my questions. Kudos and thank you!

Very helpful customer service! I have experienced twice what a great company they are to do business with. When I called with questions about a product they were very helpful and walked me through the process of finding just what I wanted. Then again when I needed to make an exchange.
