GBTried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back

GBMade my first purchase today 01/27 my… Made my first purchase today 01/27 my experience with Taylor was awesome. She clarified the description of my ski jacket within minutes and answered all my concerns. The jacket was ordered quickly and I was completely satisfied. New to skiing and plan on ordering whatever items I can with Rocky Mountain. thanks again for the great service you are highly recommended!!

GBTo be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!

GBThe owner/manager is the biggest dick The owner/manager is the biggest dick. If you aren’t planning on being 100% sure on if you are buying anything, they won’t help you. This place is a disgrace with the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner got defensive when I gave him feedback and told me to not let the door hit me in ass.
