Very helpful customer service! I have experienced twice what a great company they are to do business with. When I called with questions about a product they were very helpful and walked me through the process of finding just what I wanted. Then again when I needed to make an exchange.

I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. Toni mittens I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !

I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... Eloping Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol. She didn’t know it was for a wedding, but it was important that this was a special day and she made it just that.
