Still waiting to receive my jacket... Still waiting to receive my jacket well past when it was suppose to arrive. No updates being provided on why it’s taking so long or when it’ll arrive. Overall, not a great experience for my first purchase and not thrilled to buy again. It’s cold where I live and a jacket is something I was counting on.

Tried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back

She clarified the description of my ski jacket within minutes and answered all my concerns. The jacket was ordered quickly and I was completely satisfied. To be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!
