Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I had been searching for last year's North Face jacket when I found it online at this retailer. I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience! I ordered gloves today and received… I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.
