Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I don’t have ENOUGH great things to say about my customer experience with him!! I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... THANK YOU Chris for doing all you did so I can be properly dressed & all geared up in time for my trip.. and so I can stay WARM!! I’ve never experienced more EXEMPLARY customer service!!

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service during a chat with Rocky Mountain Ski and Board. Claire spent a good deal of time to help me identify which women's jackets had all of the features I need. She actually pulled the items to check for features when the manufacturer's description didn't answer my questions. Kudos and thank you!

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I had been searching for last year's North Face jacket when I found it online at this retailer. I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience! The owner/manager is the biggest dick The owner/manager is the biggest dick. If you aren’t planning on being 100% sure on if you are buying anything, they won’t help you. This place is a disgrace with the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner got defensive when I gave him feedback and told me to not let the door hit me in ass.

Toni mittens I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !
