Claire spent a good deal of time to help me identify which women's jackets had all of the features I need. She actually pulled the items to check for features when the manufacturer's description didn't answer my questions. Kudos and thank you!

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I had been searching for last year's North Face jacket when I found it online at this retailer. I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience! To be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!

I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Still waiting to receive my jacket... Still waiting to receive my jacket well past when it was suppose to arrive. No updates being provided on why it’s taking so long or when it’ll arrive. Overall, not a great experience for my first purchase and not thrilled to buy again. It’s cold where I live and a jacket is something I was counting on.
