Still waiting to receive my jacket... Still waiting to receive my jacket well past when it was suppose to arrive. No updates being provided on why it’s taking so long or when it’ll arrive. Overall, not a great experience for my first purchase and not thrilled to buy again. It’s cold where I live and a jacket is something I was counting on.

I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted.
