To be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!

I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... The owner/manager is the biggest dick The owner/manager is the biggest dick. If you aren’t planning on being 100% sure on if you are buying anything, they won’t help you. This place is a disgrace with the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner got defensive when I gave him feedback and told me to not let the door hit me in ass.
