I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... Toni mittens I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !
