I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... I sometimes see pricing better than what I see on Amazon, for the same item. Shipping time has always been great, too, with packages normally arriving in just two days, typically.

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I had been searching for last year's North Face jacket when I found it online at this retailer. I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience!
