GBI received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service during a chat with Rocky Mountain Ski and Board. Claire spent a good deal of time to help me identify which women's jackets had all of the features I need. She actually pulled the items to check for features when the manufacturer's description didn't answer my questions. Kudos and thank you!

GBEloping Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol. She didn’t know it was for a wedding, but it was important that this was a special day and she made it just that.

GBTried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back

GBVery helpful customer service! I have experienced twice what a great company they are to do business with. When I called with questions about a product they were very helpful and walked me through the process of finding just what I wanted. Then again when I needed to make an exchange.

GBStill waiting to receive my jacket... Still waiting to receive my jacket well past when it was suppose to arrive. No updates being provided on why it’s taking so long or when it’ll arrive. Overall, not a great experience for my first purchase and not thrilled to buy again. It’s cold where I live and a jacket is something I was counting on.
