This place is a disgrace with the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner got defensive when I gave him feedback and told me to not let the door hit me in ass.

Eloping Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol. She didn’t know it was for a wedding, but it was important that this was a special day and she made it just that.

I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State. I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit.
