Toni mittens I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !

I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I had been searching for last year's North Face jacket when I found it online at this retailer. I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Eloping Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol.
