Recommend easier way finding on site Recommend easier way finding on site. Frustrating to find some items. Example: typed in the north face women’s jackets and it came up search not found then showed kids north face coats

She clarified the description of my ski jacket within minutes and answered all my concerns. The jacket was ordered quickly and I was completely satisfied. Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I don’t have ENOUGH great things to say about my customer experience with him!! I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... THANK YOU Chris for doing all you did so I can be properly dressed & all geared up in time for my trip.. and so I can stay WARM!! I’ve never experienced more EXEMPLARY customer service!!

To be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!
