I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. To be honest To be honest, there was a problem with my order. Instead of receiving three pairs of pants, I only received two. However, one phone call the next day solved all my problems without any hassle. Excellent customer service!!

I ordered gloves today and received… I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.
