I phoned and Amanda was knowledgeable about the various product lines, pleasant, and extremely patient. She explained the difference between last season vs this season models, bc I wanted to make sure that the jacket I was ordering was the EXACT same one that I wanted. Amanda even went and measured the chest difference between the small and medium to give me first-hand knowledge to more accurately place my order! Overall a great purchasing experience!
