I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.

Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images. Getting it done! Initially there was a problem with my order. Long story short, Ski Essentials did right by me and gave viable options. As a consumer and also someone that has been in sales my entire career. That's all I can ask for, is to be treated fairly. My skis arrived and the packing/care was tip top. They even mounted my bindings! Before purchasing I had referred a couple people that purchased, now they will continue to get positive word of mouth from me!
