If I could give 0 I would If I could give 0 I would. Terrible customer service. After saying that they will replace the ski bag(out of stock) with a similar one they went silent. I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.

Couldn't be happier -- great skis, service, shipping I had some terrible experience with rental skis and decided it was time to buy my own. Ahead of another ski weekend, I put in an order hoping that it would arrive in time. The team at Ski Essentials went above and beyond in so many ways to make sure I got the gear I wanted and it arrived the day I needed them. Getting it done! Initially there was a problem with my order. Long story short, Ski Essentials did right by me and gave viable options. As a consumer and also someone that has been in sales my entire career. That's all I can ask for, is to be treated fairly. My skis arrived and the packing/care was tip top. They even mounted my bindings! Before purchasing I had referred a couple people that purchased, now they will continue to get positive word of mouth from me!

Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots… Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots Dec 23, returned them due to incorrect biding fitment with zero help from ski essentials.com. I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.

Amazing people and products Amazing people: friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I learned a lot and really felt they had my best interest. They even talked me down from a more expensive ski because they knew what I was looking for. I will never go anywhere else to buy ski equipment other than ski essentials and Pinnacle (their B&M)
