Extremely accommodating! Ski essentials was extremely accommodating and super kind throughout our whole experience! My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials. Their customer service guy, Mike, was kind enough to expedite our order to have them ready for pick up day of! The whole process was quick and easy, not to mention a great price too! Highly recommend!!

Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images. Received a wrong spec of product Received a refund on return shipment & $30 2-Day Air, being offered 2-Day shipping on the order for 2nd set of skies. Received a wrong spec of product, paid extra $30 for 2-Day Air but a carton arrived after 4 days. Sent an email, left a voicemail but no response since this morning. Horrible shopping experience with them.
