GBTerrible experience. Purchased boot from this retailer through Amazon. I like to support smaller shops, but I am in between sizes on the boots and need to return. Discovered that the return shipping fee they charge is $60 for the boots, which is insane and was not described on the listing. Robbery when other retailers charge at most $10 return shipping. Will never use them again.

I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also!
