As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Very happy with my overall experience: Good deal, great followup and support. Kudos.

Getting it done! Initially there was a problem with my order. Long story short, Ski Essentials did right by me and gave viable options. As a consumer and also someone that has been in sales my entire career. That's all I can ask for, is to be treated fairly. My skis arrived and the packing/care was tip top. They even mounted my bindings! Before purchasing I had referred a couple people that purchased, now they will continue to get positive word of mouth from me!

I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.

Great Customer Service! As a newbie to cross country skiing, I was overwhelmed trying to research the different types of skis, boots, and bindings I would need. I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also! I haven't yet received my ski kit, but I'm confident that I'm going to love them!
