GBBad customer service, charge shipping for returns Ordered a pair of 2024 ski boot for my son, the pair I received was manufactured in April of 2022. If I wanted 2022, there was other cheaper options before I made the order. I called to understand the situation and was told it was a carry over boot from the 2023 season. Since the boot will be used as hand me downs for my 3 kids, I plan to return it so I can purchase a more recently manufactured boot. I was told that I would have to pay shipping and was even asked if I called to check on it before my purchase. Basically the customer service is blaming me for not researching enough and it is my fault. I express that to the customer rep, and was told, "okay, I can offer you return label". I still have not gotten the return label yet so I might need to call back. Skiessentials review videos online is great and made the purchase with them to give it a try. I will not buy again, I will go back toevo.com instead, they have great customer service.

GBTerrible experience. Purchased boot from this retailer through Amazon. I like to support smaller shops, but I am in between sizes on the boots and need to return. Discovered that the return shipping fee they charge is $60 for the boots, which is insane and was not described on the listing. Robbery when other retailers charge at most $10 return shipping. Will never use them again.

GBIf I could give 0 I would If I could give 0 I would. Terrible customer service. After saying that they will replace the ski bag(out of stock) with a similar one they went silent. I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.

GBBought a pair of Elan 106 Ripsticks Bought a pair of Elan 106 Ripsticks. Had about 6 resort days on them when the edge blew out. On the outside edge by the way. Local ski shop said if it were them, they would warranty. Sent photos to ski essentials and because there was a scratch near the edge blowout they determined it was from impact. I wouldn't be surprised if they considered a water spot "impact". Garbage ski shop and rude customer service with that hipster-I know everything about skiing-attitude.

GBExtremely accommodating! Ski essentials was extremely accommodating and super kind throughout our whole experience! My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials. Their customer service guy, Mike, was kind enough to expedite our order to have them ready for pick up day of! The whole process was quick and easy, not to mention a great price too! Highly recommend!!
