They don’t seem to answer their phone, but emails received prompt and full responses. Had such a great experience, I ordered a second set of skis for my son the week after.

A couple days passed after my card was charged with the skis still listed on their website when I was notified they did not have the item. Giving an extra star because the email was polite and they offered the option for a refund or a different item and not just store credit or some other deception.

Terrible experience. Purchased boot from this retailer through Amazon. I like to support smaller shops, but I am in between sizes on the boots and need to return. Discovered that the return shipping fee they charge is $60 for the boots, which is insane and was not described on the listing. Robbery when other retailers charge at most $10 return shipping. Will never use them again.
