5/5. Went to my local ski shop to buy a pair. They were asking $500 for only the skis. I found the EXACT same skis along with boots and poles for $494 on ski essentials website. I asked a question through the chat feature at 9pm and received an immediate response. Free shipping only took a few days. Would recommend ski essentials to anyone

As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Couldn't be happier -- great skis, service, shipping I had some terrible experience with rental skis and decided it was time to buy my own. 10/10 Experience!!! Good pricing and fast shipping - even all the way to California. More than that, I had a fantastic experience with their customer service. They don’t seem to answer their phone, but emails received prompt and full responses. Had such a great experience, I ordered a second set of skis for my son the week after.

The old bait and switch The old bait and switch. Ordered a pair of skis for a good deal that was advertised online. A couple days passed after my card was charged with the skis still listed on their website when I was notified they did not have the item. Giving an extra star because the email was polite and they offered the option for a refund or a different item and not just store credit or some other deception.
