GBGreat Customer Service! As a newbie to cross country skiing, I was overwhelmed trying to research the different types of skis, boots, and bindings I would need. I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also! I haven't yet received my ski kit, but I'm confident that I'm going to love them!

GBI ordered a pair of ski on Ski… I ordered a pair of ski on Ski Essential's website. Not knowing them, I had limited expectations. 24h later the ski were packed, shipped, tracking number received. As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Very happy with my overall experience: Good deal, great followup and support. Kudos.

GBReceived a wrong spec of product Received a refund on return shipment & $30 2-Day Air, being offered 2-Day shipping on the order for 2nd set of skies. Received a wrong spec of product, paid extra $30 for 2-Day Air but a carton arrived after 4 days. Sent an email, left a voicemail but no response since this morning. Horrible shopping experience with them.

GBIf I could give 0 I would If I could give 0 I would. Terrible customer service. After saying that they will replace the ski bag(out of stock) with a similar one they went silent. I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.
