Extremely accommodating! Ski essentials was extremely accommodating and super kind throughout our whole experience! My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials. Their customer service guy, Mike, was kind enough to expedite our order to have them ready for pick up day of! The whole process was quick and easy, not to mention a great price too! 5/5. Went to my local ski shop to buy a pair. They were asking $500 for only the skis. I found the EXACT same skis along with boots and poles for $494 on ski essentials website. I asked a question through the chat feature at 9pm and received an immediate response. Free shipping only took a few days. Would recommend ski essentials to anyone

Terrible experience. Purchased boot from this retailer through Amazon. I like to support smaller shops, but I am in between sizes on the boots and need to return. Discovered that the return shipping fee they charge is $60 for the boots, which is insane and was not described on the listing. Robbery when other retailers charge at most $10 return shipping. Will never use them again.
