Negative experience, i order my ski 26 days before our trip) 10 days later still no updates about delivery,,,i Contacted them, John tried to help)) and send me bigger ski than i ordered, but didnt told me about that, Not so honest company and managers. BEAWARE!!! Better to order skis from Europe. I ordered second ski for my wife from GERMANY it was cheaper and delivery was in 1 week in time like seller tell on site.

Extremely accommodating! Ski essentials was extremely accommodating and super kind throughout our whole experience! My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials. Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots… Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots Dec 23, returned them due to incorrect biding fitment with zero help from ski essentials.com. I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.
