I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.

As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Buying 2 full xc ski packages online… Buying 2 full xc ski packages online (skis, boots, poles, bindings) is tough not being able to try them on. SkiEssentials made it beyond easy; I didn't know about sizing and was able to email them. They were currently updating their landing pages for more dropdowns with sizing but they were fast to respond. Purchased 2 full packages, received perfectly. Was able to exchange boots bc of a sizing issue at no problem; they even pulled the correct size aside until I sent back the wrong size. Would absolutely recommend; great customer service and great products.

Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images. Negative experience BEAWARE !!! Negative experience, i order my ski 26 days before our trip) 10 days later still no updates about delivery,,,i Contacted them, John tried to help)) and send me bigger ski than i ordered, but didnt told me about that, Not so honest company and managers. BEAWARE!!! Better to order skis from Europe. I ordered second ski for my wife from GERMANY it was cheaper and delivery was in 1 week in time like seller tell on site.
