Honest reviews and great service I was looking for new skis this season after finally getting fed up with my current ones. If I could give 0 I would If I could give 0 I would. Terrible customer service. After saying that they will replace the ski bag(out of stock) with a similar one they went silent. I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.

I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.

Buying 2 full xc ski packages online… Buying 2 full xc ski packages online (skis, boots, poles, bindings) is tough not being able to try them on. SkiEssentials made it beyond easy; I didn't know about sizing and was able to email them. They were currently updating their landing pages for more dropdowns with sizing but they were fast to respond. Purchased 2 full packages, received perfectly. Was able to exchange boots bc of a sizing issue at no problem; they even pulled the correct size aside until I sent back the wrong size. Would absolutely recommend; great customer service and great products.
