GB5/5. Went to my local ski shop to buy a pair. They were asking $500 for only the skis. I found the EXACT same skis along with boots and poles for $494 on ski essentials website. I asked a question through the chat feature at 9pm and received an immediate response. Free shipping only took a few days. Would recommend ski essentials to anyone

GB10/10 Experience!!! Good pricing and fast shipping - even all the way to California. More than that, I had a fantastic experience with their customer service. They don’t seem to answer their phone, but emails received prompt and full responses. Had such a great experience, I ordered a second set of skis for my son the week after.

Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images.
