GBI ordered a pair of ski on Ski… I ordered a pair of ski on Ski Essential's website. Not knowing them, I had limited expectations. 24h later the ski were packed, shipped, tracking number received. As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Very happy with my overall experience: Good deal, great followup and support. Kudos.

GBCustomer Satisfaction Bought a pair of Salomon QST 92 153 + bindings online, because my local ski shops didnt carry that size. Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images. Very pleased with smooth transaction and customer service.

GBIf I could give 0 I would If I could give 0 I would. Terrible customer service. After saying that they will replace the ski bag(out of stock) with a similar one they went silent. I inquired about my order (I also had a helmet on this order) I received a replacement without a word of explanation. I had a ski trip planned and I have to rush to try to find replacement. My advice go buy your stuff at a store, skiessential are not reliable.

GBBought a pair of Elan 106 Ripsticks Bought a pair of Elan 106 Ripsticks. Had about 6 resort days on them when the edge blew out. On the outside edge by the way. Local ski shop said if it were them, they would warranty. Sent photos to ski essentials and because there was a scratch near the edge blowout they determined it was from impact. I wouldn't be surprised if they considered a water spot "impact". Garbage ski shop and rude customer service with that hipster-I know everything about skiing-attitude.
