Couldn't be happier -- great skis, service, shipping I had some terrible experience with rental skis and decided it was time to buy my own. Ahead of another ski weekend, I put in an order hoping that it would arrive in time. The team at Ski Essentials went above and beyond in so many ways to make sure I got the gear I wanted and it arrived the day I needed them. Thanks to Mike, Eric and Chris for making this one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had.

Terrible experience. Purchased boot from this retailer through Amazon. I like to support smaller shops, but I am in between sizes on the boots and need to return. Discovered that the return shipping fee they charge is $60 for the boots, which is insane and was not described on the listing. Robbery when other retailers charge at most $10 return shipping. Will never use them again.

I ordered a pair of ski on Ski… I ordered a pair of ski on Ski Essential's website. Not knowing them, I had limited expectations. 24h later the ski were packed, shipped, tracking number received. As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. Negative experience BEAWARE !!! Negative experience, i order my ski 26 days before our trip) 10 days later still no updates about delivery,,,i Contacted them, John tried to help)) and send me bigger ski than i ordered, but didnt told me about that, Not so honest company and managers. BEAWARE!!! Better to order skis from Europe. I ordered second ski for my wife from GERMANY it was cheaper and delivery was in 1 week in time like seller tell on site.

Great Customer Service! As a newbie to cross country skiing, I was overwhelmed trying to research the different types of skis, boots, and bindings I would need. I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also! I haven't yet received my ski kit, but I'm confident that I'm going to love them!
