As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials. A couple days passed after my card was charged with the skis still listed on their website when I was notified they did not have the item. Giving an extra star because the email was polite and they offered the option for a refund or a different item and not just store credit or some other deception.
