Great Customer Service! As a newbie to cross country skiing, I was overwhelmed trying to research the different types of skis, boots, and bindings I would need. I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also! I haven't yet received my ski kit, but I'm confident that I'm going to love them!

Extremely accommodating! Ski essentials was extremely accommodating and super kind throughout our whole experience! My boyfriend and I had been looking online for skis and found the ones we wanted on ski essentials.
