Received a wrong spec of product, paid extra $30 for 2-Day Air but a carton arrived after 4 days. Sent an email, left a voicemail but no response since this morning. Horrible shopping experience with them.

Getting it done! Initially there was a problem with my order. Long story short, Ski Essentials did right by me and gave viable options. As a consumer and also someone that has been in sales my entire career. That's all I can ask for, is to be treated fairly. My skis arrived and the packing/care was tip top. They even mounted my bindings! Before purchasing I had referred a couple people that purchased, now they will continue to get positive word of mouth from me!

Customer Satisfaction Bought a pair of Salomon QST 92 153 + bindings online, because my local ski shops didnt carry that size. Their customer rep (Lan Henel) provided timeley responses to my questions via email. Item was well packed, arrived with 10 days of purchase, and matched the online images. Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots… Ordered two pair of xcounrty ski boots Dec 23, returned them due to incorrect biding fitment with zero help from ski essentials.com. I finally got my refund on feb 9th. What a crap supplier, I will never ever ever waste my time with these jokers again, off to my my local shop because they help me.
