As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info. 5/5. Went to my local ski shop to buy a pair. They were asking $500 for only the skis. I found the EXACT same skis along with boots and poles for $494 on ski essentials website. I asked a question through the chat feature at 9pm and received an immediate response. Free shipping only took a few days. Would recommend ski essentials to anyone

Negative experience BEAWARE !!! Negative experience, i order my ski 26 days before our trip) 10 days later still no updates about delivery,,,i Contacted them, John tried to help)) and send me bigger ski than i ordered, but didnt told me about that, Not so honest company and managers. BEAWARE!!! Better to order skis from Europe. I ordered second ski for my wife from GERMANY it was cheaper and delivery was in 1 week in time like seller tell on site.
