Disappointed
USThe part I ordered in December still… The part I ordered in December still has not arrived. Given that I think a “one” is a generous rating.

USGoing BIKONIT From my initial call I was handed over to Mark. Mark listens good and explains well. If you have questions, Mark will answer them all. If you need to leave a message, he responds back to you quickly. After you get the bike, Mark is there to make sure you have no problems. This is the kind of service most people like so thanks Mark. Thanks BIKONIT!

USDisappointed With The Reliability I live in central Texas on a small ranch. In this area there are rolling hills and a number of gravel farm roads that don't have a lot of traffic. It has been enjoyable getting out on the HD-750 with the peddle assist and with the throddle, especially going uphill. Most of the time I ride in level 1 and peddle hard to get a good cardio. There are two routes that I ride ranging in length from 16 to 20 miles. Here are some of my issues: 1. The bike is very heavy. 2. I'm 5'-11" and can barely touch the ground with both feet when I straddle the frame. This isn't a bike for short people. 3. When it is sunny, it is hard to see the display on the HD-750 because of all the glare. 4. On the first couple of rides, I went less than 20 miles and used up half of the battery capacity, and my bike has two batteries. I didn't seem to use as much battery capacity on the last ride even when I did most of the ride in level 3. 5. The last time I rode the bike in my creek bottom pasture, I couldn't go fast because the ground was rough. Going slow in level 1, the motor would frequently make a groaning sound and then make the bike lunge forward slightly. That was annoying 6. I'm a retired engineer and have no use for equipment that is not reliable. On my last ride (Saturday Jan 23) I got approximately five miles from the house on a gravel road with a lot of hills, and the motor crapped-out on me. It just stopped working. The display indicated a "motor position sensor fault". Needless to say, I had to peddle back to the house without any assistance from the motor. (I know, boo hoo!) I've have had this bike less than two months and have gone on long rides maybe five times. Unfortunately, I'll have to take it to the local bike shop, see if they can figure out the issue, and pay out-of-pocket to have it fixed. This should be a warranty issue, but the Bikonit shop is too far away. If this happens again, I'm going to sell the bike. 7. I upgraded the seat to a Daway and the seatpost to a Kinekt. The springy seatpost is much more comfortable on this old man's private parts when riding the bumpy gravel roads.

USAfter 60 miles on my HD 750 love it After 60 miles on my HD 750, I ordered another bike for my wife, MD750; we absolutely love this bike. I received the bike 1-4-21 today is 1-14-21. I have ridden almost every day; the last ride, I went 15 miles, 7 miles on pedal-assist #2 in 9th gear 16.5 MPH, and 7 miles back home on full throttle in the rain at 45F, ran 27-28 MPH ( speed limiter bypassed )wind at my back only used one bar of power, dual batteries is the only way to go, at 59 years old, I haven't ridden a bike in 40 years, pure fun, my experience with the company has been five stars, tires work excellent on ice snow, and mud, if you're looking for an off-road/ HWY bike this is a good fit for you

USAfter I received this bike it has well… After I received this bike it has well exceeded my expectations. The tires are huge, the bike is super well-made, all the components are top notch. The headlight is very bright, and the front forks work like that of a motocross motorcycle. It is super stable in the snow. The first time I rode it through the snow I was skeptical but it handled like I was riding down the sidewalk in the summertime. And it is just so smooth riding. Definitely have no regrets buying this work of art from bikonit. Thanks bikonit team! Thanks bikonit team! Great Job!!!
