This is a scam This is a scam. I did not purchase this product, I have not received this product and I was charged. I have sent at least 4 emails trying to cancel this charge and request a refund…no response. But they were able to respond to my credit card company’s dispute inquiry. They are stealing money, failing to respond to customers, and responding to banks. This transaction is recorded as a subscription but I have NO WAY TO CANCEL, and no response from business. SCAM!!!!!

I noticed that I was charged this year as an “auto renewal” which I wasn’t even aware of. I check my subscriptions often to make sure I’m not on the hook for anything and conveniently, Joggo doesn’t even show up in them!

Scam for sure Scam for sure. They take unauthorized credit card payments for an app that is not being used and nowhere in their login account info does it show expiry date, purchase history or reoccurring fees. Reported.

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM! I purchased the one year program yesterday and immediately had buyers remorse. I have been trying to connect with customer support and the link does not work. I get the plan (if you can call it that) and it is links to articles and tips but the actually workouts are locked and additional fees are required to access them. Not worth it and will do all I can to get refunded. I will NEVER use this program.

They charged $66 renewal fee without… They charged $66 renewal fee without our permission. They never sent a reminder email or sent a receipt so it was lucky I spotted it in the credit card. This is against most state laws as disclosures of renewal must be communicated.
