GBI would give a -5 if possible I would give a -5 if possible. Terrible customer service. Fraudulent charges. Won’t cancel your account until you file a dispute with your credit card company. I don’t write bad reviews, but I can’t help but warn people. You will not get a valid plan, they will not honor a refund if requested, and you will charged every 3 months even after you request a refund and to cancel.

CAScam for sure Scam for sure. They take unauthorized credit card payments for an app that is not being used and nowhere in their login account info does it show expiry date, purchase history or reoccurring fees. Reported.

GBEasy to follow running plan Easy to follow running plan. I like the weekly evaluations that enables changes based on progress. I’m not far along into the program yet but so far I’m really enjoying it and feel confident I’ll see positive results.

CAHelps to keep you on track Sometimes it's helpful to have a plan that keeps you on track. The program reminds you about when to do what and how you will progress as a result. I've only been using it for several weeks, but so far I'm happy with the communication and coaching.

GBThey charged $66 renewal fee without… They charged $66 renewal fee without our permission. They never sent a reminder email or sent a receipt so it was lucky I spotted it in the credit card. This is against most state laws as disclosures of renewal must be communicated.
