GBThey don't even deserve 1 star They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased a running and nutritional plan and I have yet to receive the nutrition plan (it's been over a week). I have emailed them and hope to receive a refund in full but I am not optimistic after reading every one else's reviews. ETA - I have been in contact with Joggo and they have cancelled my subscription and are refunding my money - paypal already sent notification that I have a refund from them. I also went into paypal and under my profile and "Automatic Payments" you can choose to stop allowing Joggo to use PayPal as a form of payment.

GBGreat program I really like the stretching recommendations beforehand, they are very helpful! I love the articles, helpful hints and tips on becoming a better runner. This has been working great for me. I enjoy the nutritional options as well. I have tried new recipes and myself and my family are really enjoying them.

GBGreat so far I love it so far. I’ve been running for years now but due to smaller-bigger gaps I feel like a beginner at times. This program motivates me to get out there and my results (time&pace) are much better. I’d give 5 stars, if there was an interactive guide during the run to help me with tracking time and what comes after each excercise segment.

CAHelps to keep you on track Sometimes it's helpful to have a plan that keeps you on track. The program reminds you about when to do what and how you will progress as a result. I've only been using it for several weeks, but so far I'm happy with the communication and coaching.

GBGood basic program I decided to try the run diet because my husband has a similar program built in to his smart watch. His measures a lot more than the Apple Watch so it’s a little better all around. However, I do enjoy the run diet. I wish it had an app for easier tracking. I also wish the app integrated with the Apple Watch or an app that can be used on the Apple Watch. It is easy to follow and I’m hopeful in the next few months I’ll be running farther and faster, with added weight loss and toning.
