Joggo is a SCAM! Joggo.run is running a scam! They make their money by taking yours and then not delivering and keeping the money. They don't make it clear that this is an app, that it's an app that works off of GPS and tracking your movement, and thus doesn't work when using a treadmill. The app is extremely faulty and consistently uses the wrong day which is problematic when the entire point of this app is the running schedule. They have a no return policy that you apparently agree to when purchasing but you can only find this information AFTER you have already given them money and are requesting a refund.

Good basic program I decided to try the run diet because my husband has a similar program built in to his smart watch. His measures a lot more than the Apple Watch so it’s a little better all around. However, I do enjoy the run diet. I wish it had an app for easier tracking. I also wish the app integrated with the Apple Watch or an app that can be used on the Apple Watch. It is easy to follow and I’m hopeful in the next few months I’ll be running farther and faster, with added weight loss and toning.

Do not buy Joggo is not an individualized plan, did some kind of evaluation without telling me to link up GPS first, keeps glitching out when I am fast walking, and really is nothing more than a page telling you what to do. Complete waste of money.

I would give a -5 if possible I would give a -5 if possible. Terrible customer service. Fraudulent charges. Won’t cancel your account until you file a dispute with your credit card company. I don’t write bad reviews, but I can’t help but warn people. You will not get a valid plan, they will not honor a refund if requested, and you will charged every 3 months even after you request a refund and to cancel.
