Don't use Breeches.com if you are… Don't use Breeches.com if you are outside of the U.S. They use FedEx for shipping and do not disclosed that you're going to get a monster bill (relative to the order size) for brokerage, 'ancilliary fees', taxes (which is fine) and 'disbursement fees'.

Great! I was wary about purchasing from this company because I had never really heard of them or had purchased from them, but now that I have I will definitely be buying more from them! I purchased a turnout blanket on Black Friday at an awesome price and it was in by Thursday the next week (pretty quick for ordering late Friday night). It seems to be good quality, good fit (because I made sure to measure before ordering), and I love the color! Overall I am very happy with the experience and I will definitely purchase from them in the future. Update: I ordered from them again, and I am very very pleased! It was an amazing deal on a helmet that is a Christmas present for my nephew. I ordered it pretty late (the Sunday night before Christmas) and I wasn’t sure it would make it before Christmas, but it did! Thank you Breeches.com!!

Awful and Dismissive Customer Service Received one item from my order very quickly, but the other two items took several weeks longer. That would be understandable, but customer service's responses to my inquiries were woefully inadequate (including a chat response to an emailed inquiry - I never even saw that response until I had to contact them again) and gave me no hope or information about the missing pieces. When they did arrive, one of the items was in the wrong color. I chatted customer service this time, hoping for a timely response, only to wait over 24 hours for a response which asked for pictures of the incorrect item. I sent those immediately and then waited another 2 hours before the rep responded to say "The sticker is wrong, you have the right item. We'll fix the stickers here." Aside from the lack of focus on customer satisfaction, that dismissive response was incorrect, as the manufacturer-applied tag also listed the other color, and it did not match what was shown on the listing page. Naturally, I followed up with my concerns and got a terse "You can return the items if you want. but these items are correct I have already contacted with my senior regarding this." And again the response switched channels on me, as this one came from email, despite my asking in the chat. Additionally, the website cites thousands of reviews, all with 5-star ratings. NO companies have 100% perfect reviews, so they are clearly scrubbing what they share, AND there is no option to review either items or the site anywhere on the site, so I question the validity of any of the posted reviews. I am horribly disappointed in this dismissive attitude toward customer service, especially because the items seem of good quality and value. So it saddens me to know my principles will prohibit me from shopping here again.

Shipped to WRONG ADDRESS! I ordered halter/lead sets for the horse rescue that I foster for. I literally put in the rescue's address for the shipping address as well as their phone number, but for some reason, the breeches website CHANGED the shipping address and shipped the order TO MY HOUSE. Customer service told me that I "could try to divert the shipment through thd shipper". Seriously, not MY JOB nor MY MISTAKE. Basically got a too bad so sad vibe from someone who just didn't care. If I could give negative stars I would. Now, on top of the initial shipping charge, I have to pay AGAIN to ship this order to where it was SUPPOSED TO GO!
