Fast, friendly, understanding customer service I already have been in communication with Steambow and already have my situation almost resolved, just in between the ship back/refund but the following was my message to Steambow’s support team “ The compact is on its way back to you please let me know when you receive it and when I can expect the refund. Side note my wife was afraid she might not be able to handle the 55lb limbs of the tactical model but we’ve received it and she loves it and has no problem cocking it. It’s a really great modular platform.” Great product though it can get pricey to upgrade but hey! For us fellas that have women that like to get into survivalism or home defense systems they can handle, Steambow’s the way to go. The Vlad’s 5’lb weight is cheaper but it’s not a better option for most women. Keep that in mind
