We had a problem with FedEx/CBSA and we… We had a problem with FedEx/CBSA and we emailed Lukas. Lukas and Michael reassured us that we would get a crossbow. He dealt with FedEx and resent a crossbow with UPS. It was here in no time. We ordered additional arrows and a red dot sight and he sent them with UPS, just to reassure us. Thanks so much! What a pleasure to deal with your company.

A Great Product I enjoy this company. They have created a parts list, That are easy to access. Improvements for their products. Upgrades on original parts. I have a standard crossbow but this makes harvesting small game much easier because of the compact design

Great product with some minor issues Great product with some minor issues. Magazine lid release hurts the finger. The magazine retainer screw is too long and inconvenient. I installed the accessory thumb screw. The thumb cap rubs against the stock so I had to file the stock edge a little. Also long so I added a nutt spacer and all is well. Customer service (Michael and your Denver ops manager) provided excellent service dealing with fractured limb caps. Aluminum replacements en route. I’m a big fan of Steambow! (My traditional compound bows are gathering dust.)

The bow was delivered The bow was delivered quicker than expected. The only complaint was the fact that the manual was for the most part, not in English, so it took a moment to figure out the setup. Everything was easy to adjust. We have not had the opportunity to shoot, but look forward to that soon.
