USTurning in to a steamer. Quality control is down, along with prices, (still overpriced polymer that tends to crack/break, especially their add-ons. Steambow accessories and add-ons are super-garbage that rival Chinese make in trashiness, and are extra overpriced,) but the behaviors and service this company engages in are following the trend. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Go see Joerg Sprave if you want your money's worth, and service that matches.
