MXExcellent customer service, you actually speak to a person! We ordered a remote control for our windlass which was very well priced. Had a bit of trouble with processing the payment due to the foreign credit card and somebody helped me and even rang to our boat in Mexico to make the order happen. After the order, they were super helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of the order and it was delivered perfectly on time.

GBGreat website, prices, and service! I previously shopped from Defender Marine for sailing gear but that company was recently acquired and the website was completely ruined. They also stopped offering splicing services. MauriPro has a great website with lots of ways to drill-down to what you're looking for. I love the custom halyards based on boat and model. I have a Catalina 27 and was looking for a replacement jib halyard with prespliced shackle. I found one for a great price with minimal searching on the website. The product is great quality and works perfectly. They also provide timely shipping updates along the way.

GBReturn an item I contacted the customer service using the chat box. The rep's name was Arleth. I wanted to return two NavPods that I received more than 60 days ago. I didn't know if they would accept. They accepted the return (restocking fee accepted). Better yet, they processed the return within 2 hours to help me with a tight schedule. Arleth is the best! Piero is the Best! I would give 6 stars if possible.

GBPerhaps the worst experience I have… Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a headsail furler from them, sized base on their “technical” recommendation. Unit arrived and determined it was undersized for my boat. Tried to return the item after weeks of back and forth. They were going to charge a large restock fee, taking no responsibility for recommending the wrong unit. Returned the furler and they claimed it was damaged and refused to refund my money. This is after having it for additional weeks and a threat to take legal action. They finally sent it back to me and now I am stuck with a large investment in a furler that is of no use or value to me. I would avoid this company at all costs.
