GBThey have what I need and at reasonable prices. I have been using Mauripro for updating and refitting my 2003 Dufour 36 Classic. I have found their prices very reasonable, and their responsiveness has been great. I needed to make a return and it was handled easily. Good communication when the received my order, when it is expected to be shipped and when it is actually shipped. I am glad I found them and will continue to use them as a good resource for parts.

GBI only if you love chat apps Doing business with them is fine but know that if there is any issue, they make speaking with a human impossible. If you call about anything other than a new order they force you to a chat app or email.

GBReturn an item I contacted the customer service using the chat box. The rep's name was Arleth. I wanted to return two NavPods that I received more than 60 days ago. I didn't know if they would accept. They accepted the return (restocking fee accepted). Better yet, they processed the return within 2 hours to help me with a tight schedule. Arleth is the best! Piero is the Best! I would give 6 stars if possible.

GBI received my Navpod very quickly after… I received my Navpod very quickly after ordering. It actually arrived two days before I received an email stating that it was shipped and on its way. The unit was cut and drilled perfectly for my application. I’m very glad I decided to purchase a pre-cut Navpod!

GBPerhaps the worst experience I have… Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a headsail furler from them, sized base on their “technical” recommendation. Unit arrived and determined it was undersized for my boat. Tried to return the item after weeks of back and forth. They were going to charge a large restock fee, taking no responsibility for recommending the wrong unit. Returned the furler and they claimed it was damaged and refused to refund my money. This is after having it for additional weeks and a threat to take legal action. They finally sent it back to me and now I am stuck with a large investment in a furler that is of no use or value to me. I would avoid this company at all costs.
