USWe lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow… We lost the cap to our Huntington 3 tow tube. I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon. A short time later I received an email from Harper. He told me they were out of stock but he found one on Amazon that would work and sent me a link. I was very impressed with the speedy response and with Harper locating one for me to order on Amazon.

USI lost my fin during my last paddle session… I lost my fin during my last paddle session. I emailed them regarding ordering a new fin because the one I needed was out of stock on their website. They promptly responded to me and helped me locate a new fin to order.

USPaddle Board Recieved my order and was missing the pump that was suppose to come with it. But I contacted customer service and they were kind and helpful! I've reverie my pump and my Peake board is up and ready to go now! Great experience!

USI needed a replacement hose for the… I needed a replacement hose for the pump I purchased over a year ago. I reached out via email and they promptly replaced the hose for a minimal cost.
