GBSeam broken but replaced no hassle Board broke at the seam just before the warranty expired. They sent an entire kit replacement (board paddle and all), and informed me that the board has a two year instead of one year warranty. Quick service and was happy with the support

He told me they were out of stock but he found one on Amazon that would work and sent me a link. I was very impressed with the speedy response and with Harper locating one for me to order on Amazon.
