Helpful customer service After losing the fins on our paddleboards, customer service was helpful in getting a replacement order sent to us.

Paddle Board Recieved my order and was missing the pump that was suppose to come with it. But I contacted customer service and they were kind and helpful! I've reverie my pump and my Peake board is up and ready to go now! Great experience!

Fantastic Customer Service After receiving a SUP for Christmas with a missing valve cover, I reached out to the Swonder team, hoping they would be able to help. Echo got back to me quickly and immediately shipped me the missing piece. He went above and beyond and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Best pump I could imagine I've been using my Swonder SeaWolf pump to inflate my paddle boards as well as a dinghy for a few months now. It's so fantastic to just set the PSI and let it do its thing without having to plug it in. It's quick and easy, love that it charges from my phone charger, and I can take it with me on short hikes with my inflatable paddle board to get out to lakes I'd otherwise not paddle. Everything has worked perfectly so far.
