Exceptional Villas - you can see why they use that name…! Fabulous help from the initial enquiry, through the booking process and the support whenever we needed it. On arrival a warm greeting from Diana and Candy started the holiday in a perfect way. Very helpful and even though we were late arriving we didn’t feel they were in a rush to leave. Fabulous place so a great start. Let’s see what the next two weeks bring.

All around 5 star trip All around 5 star trip! Marianne was beyond helpful with the planning. Her communication was excellent and she was on top of every detail/very responsive. The house itself was immaculate. Widi and Wayan took care of us during our stay in Turks & Caicos and they were extraordinary. They didn't miss a beat! Shan cooked us an amazing dinner for our last night, I wouldn't change a thing!

Would definitely use this company again. Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

Elaine takes the pressure off!! Elaine has been a wonderful and… Elaine has been a wonderful and indispensable help in arranging the details of our stay at Lake Como. She had the ability to put her self in our shoes and guide us through decisions for tours, meals, as well as relaxation opportunities. Five stars for sure!

We had the best week of our lives at… We had the best week of our lives at the villa, Little Plum, part of Exceptional Villas. Everything was perfectly set up for us, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house was truly special, complete with a private backyard and a three-minute walk to a crystal-clear beach. Everyone from Exceptional Villas was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. We will be back.
