GBHelpful Staff, On-time Delivery! I shipped a large suitcase from the US to Belgium. I had MANY questions and each time I called, the ShipGo agent was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient. The pick-up happened on the day it was intended, and the delivery was a few days early, which may be a problem for some people but was fine for me as it's just being held by our hotel until our arrival.
