Houfy is the real deal They seem genuinely focused on providing a cost effective, purpose driven platform for hosts. In other words, they seem to be currently doing what they say. That is different, sadly, from what most businesses do these days. In particular, other such services are more about how they can leverage money out of hosts and guests. Houfy seems to have priorities correct. Yes, making what is needed to keep Houfy running and improving is important. But, moving forward by finding out what a preponderance of hosts need and then providing them with a cost benefit analysis before doing anything to get a consensus is the right way to proceed. They seem to be doing that. As long as they do ... 5 stars and GO HOUFY! Other places just come up with bogus "improvements" as leverage to charge outrageous prices to improve their profits while they claim, "we're doing it for you". That is not the Houfy way. GO HOUFY!!

Very owner friendly booking platform I needed another way for guests I find through my own ads to direct book my short term rental without the high fees other platforms charge. The creators of Houfy fill that niche beautifully, while being very responsive to feedback from owners and hosts who like more control of their own listings.

BEST short term rental listing site! HOUFY is the best source for short term rental owners who are confident in their own abilities to manage their rental properties. With HOUFY, I can manage my calendar(s), set my rates, send quotes, offer coupon codes, establish rules, and screen my guests. The big OTA platforms do NOT offer all these options - they actually restrict my control of almost all of these features. The big OTA platforms also charge my guests and me expensive fees for the "honor" to be listed on their sites. The "cost" to list your property with HOUFY is crazy affordable. HOUFY's support is unmatched. Every single question has been answered directly and quickly by the programmers themselves. They regularly solicit feedback and suggestions on how best to meet our needs. HOUFY is BY FAR the best.

Newer to Houfy but very pleased! I’m not quite a year in to the short term rental business but Houfy has been a great fit for our direct booking site! It makes things super easy and looks just like a booking platform so it is easy for our guest as well! I hope to build my direct booking business with Houfy in the future years!
