When I initially signed up with Houfy… When I initially signed up with Houfy to market our property, I was taken aback by how easy the form was to complete. It gave me direction to work gradually. Marketing our vacation rental was another consideration, since it would save me from having to collaborate with other parties. Moreover, there isn't any room for misunderstanding, which is, in my view, the most important thing for our visitors. 10/10 to you, Houfy!

First time taking a booking on Houfy First time taking a booking on Houfy, guest had issues paying through Square (my connected payment method). We figured it out. The booking process didn’t collect the guest phone number and contact details for me (the host) which I thought odd, also on the rental agreement I would like it to show the names of all guests staying with in my place. The Guest uploaded a picture of themselves instead of the requested ID so it would be better if there were some kind of clearer instruction on that section. I am learning too, so there may be things I could have set up better from my end.

Houfy is the real deal They seem genuinely focused on providing a cost effective, purpose driven platform for hosts. In other words, they seem to be currently doing what they say. That is different, sadly, from what most businesses do these days. In particular, other such services are more about how they can leverage money out of hosts and guests. Houfy seems to have priorities correct. Yes, making what is needed to keep Houfy running and improving is important. But, moving forward by finding out what a preponderance of hosts need and then providing them with a cost benefit analysis before doing anything to get a consensus is the right way to proceed. They seem to be doing that. As long as they do ... 5 stars and GO HOUFY! Other places just come up with bogus "improvements" as leverage to charge outrageous prices to improve their profits while they claim, "we're doing it for you". That is not the Houfy way. GO HOUFY!!

Houfy empowers owners with more control over their businesses, reminiscent of the days before online travel agencies (OTAs) took over and dominated the market. I've been on Houfy since 2017. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could. I believe I've had well over 100 bookings thus far. I do promote Houfy, but most of my business is from organic finds by my guests. Houfy is enabling my guests to have extra spending money to support our local businesses, contributing positively in the context of tourism.

Is this a fraudulent website I have yet to receive an honest booking from your website.. This site does nothing but allow scammers to attempt to fraudulently rent homes.. literally every single lead or booking request that I have received from you has been nothing but fraud or decline payments.. I am very hesitant to pull all of my properties and unsure about listing any future.
