We love that we can offer our guests fee-free way to book with us and being able to install book-able widgets on our direct booking website makes us look very professional and trustworthy! GBWhen I initially signed up with Houfy… When I initially signed up with Houfy to market our property, I was taken aback by how easy the form was to complete. It gave me direction to work gradually. Marketing our vacation rental was another consideration, since it would save me from having to collaborate with other parties. Moreover, there isn't any room for misunderstanding, which is, in my view, the most important thing for our visitors. 10/10 to you, Houfy!

GBFirst time taking a booking on Houfy First time taking a booking on Houfy, guest had issues paying through Square (my connected payment method). We figured it out. The booking process didn’t collect the guest phone number and contact details for me (the host) which I thought odd, also on the rental agreement I would like it to show the names of all guests staying with in my place. The Guest uploaded a picture of themselves instead of the requested ID so it would be better if there were some kind of clearer instruction on that section. I am learning too, so there may be things I could have set up better from my end.

GBSmooth reservation process As a host, the reservation made by our guest went very smooth. As expected, I was notified that a booking occurred and all of the information I needed to process the booking on my end was visible. I have not heard any complaints from the guest about the booking process, so everything appears to have been smooth on their end.

GBGreat direct booking platform Serves as an easy way to set up direct bookings and Stripe integration and guest quotes gives extra value. Thank you for your openness to input and your attention to detail :) Im on the light plan with a one time fee and gladly paid it. iCal integration was a must.
