GBSmooth reservation process As a host, the reservation made by our guest went very smooth. As expected, I was notified that a booking occurred and all of the information I needed to process the booking on my end was visible. I have not heard any complaints from the guest about the booking process, so everything appears to have been smooth on their end.

GBIs this a fraudulent website I have yet to receive an honest booking from your website.. This site does nothing but allow scammers to attempt to fraudulently rent homes.. literally every single lead or booking request that I have received from you has been nothing but fraud or decline payments.. I am very hesitant to pull all of my properties and unsure about listing any future.

GBVery owner friendly booking platform I needed another way for guests I find through my own ads to direct book my short term rental without the high fees other platforms charge. The creators of Houfy fill that niche beautifully, while being very responsive to feedback from owners and hosts who like more control of their own listings.

GBFirst time taking a booking on Houfy First time taking a booking on Houfy, guest had issues paying through Square (my connected payment method). We figured it out. The booking process didn’t collect the guest phone number and contact details for me (the host) which I thought odd, also on the rental agreement I would like it to show the names of all guests staying with in my place. The Guest uploaded a picture of themselves instead of the requested ID so it would be better if there were some kind of clearer instruction on that section. I am learning too, so there may be things I could have set up better from my end.
