With HOUFY, I can manage my calendar(s), set my rates, send quotes, offer coupon codes, establish rules, and screen my guests. The big OTA platforms do NOT offer all these options - they actually restrict my control of almost all of these features. The big OTA platforms also charge my guests and me expensive fees for the "honor" to be listed on their sites. The "cost" to list your property with HOUFY is crazy affordable. HOUFY's support is unmatched. Every single question has been answered directly and quickly by the programmers themselves. Terrific Book Direct Platform Houfy is a terrific platform for holiday rental hosts and guests. Both hosts and guests benefit from booking direct by working around commissions and being able to be in control of their own experience and communications from start to finish. I use it as both a host and guest and I love it!!

First time taking a booking on Houfy First time taking a booking on Houfy, guest had issues paying through Square (my connected payment method). We figured it out. The booking process didn’t collect the guest phone number and contact details for me (the host) which I thought odd, also on the rental agreement I would like it to show the names of all guests staying with in my place. The Guest uploaded a picture of themselves instead of the requested ID so it would be better if there were some kind of clearer instruction on that section. I am learning too, so there may be things I could have set up better from my end.

Getting to learn about Houfy. Some difficulty in knowing when a guest had paid and the property was booked. I’m sure I will get better with more use of the site. I will be adding 3 more properties. I signed up for your premier plan and I’m not sure what I’m getting for that but will try to track that down. I also do most of my management on my phone so I would really appreciate an app. Inconvenient to log in every time. I plan in the future to promote and use Houfy a lot to reduce costs for us and our clients.

New STR Owner I'm a new STR owner. I love that Houfy gives me the opportunity to reduce overhead costs for myself and eliminate platform fees for my guests. My listing is easy to manage and syncs with ABB, VRBO, and Pricelab. I'm looking forward to having the majority of my bookings coffee through Houfy!
