GBGreat community amenities Great community amenities. Beautiful pool, common areas, social activities, gym, work rooms, clubhouse, dog run area. Well laid out apartments. No shared walls or people above you. All single level walk in. Perfect for families, or anyone who needs a quiet space. Wonderfully quiet. Fenced yard was great for kids and dog too. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.

GBSeattle Stay Review Very accommodating support throughout the stay. Only that I couldn't get house keys on the day of arrival as Community staff was not available at the front desk. It would be good to address this for future clients. This issue was resolved later on and appreciate the time and efforts made to make this happen.

GBBeautifully designed From the start, The team was courteous and very professional kept open and easy communication. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, had every amenity you could possibly need and those pillows are amazing! I would stay as long as I could but I knew that my stay was short. The neighborhood is safe and calm, and you're just a few miles from coral way or from Coconut Grove and both are phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment, thank you so very much you guys are are amazing!

GBWe really enjoyed our apartment with… We really enjoyed our apartment with many extras provided by Sojo. They included laundry detergent, hand soap, fluffy towels and cutlery and cooking utensils. When there was a plumbing issue help arrived quickly. We would gladly stay again!!
