GBGreat community amenities Great community amenities. Beautiful pool, common areas, social activities, gym, work rooms, clubhouse, dog run area. Well laid out apartments. No shared walls or people above you. All single level walk in. Perfect for families, or anyone who needs a quiet space. Wonderfully quiet. Fenced yard was great for kids and dog too. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.

GBBeautifully designed From the start, The team was courteous and very professional kept open and easy communication. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, had every amenity you could possibly need and those pillows are amazing! I would stay as long as I could but I knew that my stay was short. The neighborhood is safe and calm, and you're just a few miles from coral way or from Coconut Grove and both are phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment, thank you so very much you guys are are amazing!
