Loving this experience … I am currently staying at my 2nd apartment within this company. I have been really pleased with both properties thus far. Not only are the buildings beautiful but the locations are just as nice. Everyone one involved has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met and that my stays are comfortable. I highly recommend Stay Sojo to anyone looking for corporate housing. You’ll never want to sleep in a hotel again!

Living in a furnished unit for the last… Living in a furnished unit for the last 14 months with another year and a half until the construction project is furnished has been a pleasure, solely because of the people at Stay Sojo. Maintenance is great, property staff is responsive and helpful. Responses to requests for maintenance or regarding any issues are handled quickly, efficiently and in a most friendly manner. Highly Recommended! I have lived in short term furnished apartments with Stay Sojo for two years in a row. I highly recommend them! I have had a few maintenance issues, but the Stay Sojo staff handled these very quickly (within 24 hours) even when the problem occurred on the weekend.

StaySojo was very accommodating, but... StaySojo was very accommodating and quick responding when something would happen. The furniture and items provided were perfect and very helpful. I realize that this is out of StaySojo's hands, but the Premier Loft facilities itself were sub-par. It was rather gross having to walk to the elevator behind the Thumbs Up kitchen. The concrete was slick as they had poor disposal of their cleaning materials and it always wreaked of bad food.

Great community amenities Great community amenities. Beautiful pool, common areas, social activities, gym, work rooms, clubhouse, dog run area. Well laid out apartments. No shared walls or people above you. All single level walk in. Perfect for families, or anyone who needs a quiet space. Wonderfully quiet. Fenced yard was great for kids and dog too. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.
