Originally we purchased at our home… Originally we purchased at our home resort of Grand Vista for a few reasons, we had family in the general vicinity and knew that we’d be vacationing in the Orlando area yearly and it would definitely defray the cost of finding hotel lodging. We also had a young child at the time and the location was perfect for all the local Orlando attractions. Our son loved Sea World so we would go there every year because we have the lock-off room. The location was close enough to all we would want to do yet still have the serene quiet atmosphere of the private resort with great amenities. The hot Florida sun sometimes takes you by surprise and it was nice to have “downtime” to just relax in a homey setting and not feel like you were in a confining hotel setting. Grand Vista was by far one of our favorite resorts in the Marriott vacation club system.

Very difficult to get a phone number… Very difficult to get a phone number and then when I paid for the reservation I was told I might have to wait 3 days to confirm. Just when I was ready to book first class flights with seats going fast.

Incredibly Easy Process This was incredibly easy process. I had owner confirmation within 2 hours of my request and written confirmation through Marriott within 48 hours. I trust that when I arrive at the property for my vacation that things will go just as smoothly.
