Don’t understand all the extra costs I’m not happy about the immense increase in taxes and resort fees associated with the listing being certified and protected. It went from an $85 fee to nearly $600. It also took several days to get our names added to the reservation

Such an easy booking experience Such an easy booking experience! We’ve used Redweek for several years and have always had wonderful results. We will continue using Redweek for as long as we are able to travel. 😀🥰

convenient but fees are costly I like being able to book with my credit card but still prefer listings where I deal directly with the owner. The Redweek fees are ridiculous and add to the cost of the trip.

Originally we purchased at our home… Originally we purchased at our home resort of Grand Vista for a few reasons, we had family in the general vicinity and knew that we’d be vacationing in the Orlando area yearly and it would definitely defray the cost of finding hotel lodging. We also had a young child at the time and the location was perfect for all the local Orlando attractions. Our son loved Sea World so we would go there every year because we have the lock-off room. The location was close enough to all we would want to do yet still have the serene quiet atmosphere of the private resort with great amenities. The hot Florida sun sometimes takes you by surprise and it was nice to have “downtime” to just relax in a homey setting and not feel like you were in a confining hotel setting. Grand Vista was by far one of our favorite resorts in the Marriott vacation club system.

Excellent customer service I especially appreciated the quick responses to my questions from both the RedWeek staff and the owner of the unit we are renting. Also there was excellent communication during the rental process.
