I was amazed when I got to experience the relaxing, quiet lounge with all of its terrific amenities instead of spending endless hours at my stress-filled, crowded gate. It works!… Excellent! Except for a few minor issues (1&2). A variety of drinks were readily available. Minimal food/snacks because I was notified at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The company’s communication was prompt, they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr. What could you do better: 1. Close later eg 10pm. 2. Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally. Paola at Orlando Club on 9/1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself (non English speaking). She was making fun of him. This was in poor taste.

My first experience with using this… My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .

Absolutely worth it! I purchased the $29/year plan and wasn't sure if the program would work, but since I travel frequently, I thought the $29 investment would pay for itself in just one use. Several weeks went by with on time departures and then 3 flights all in one week were delayed and I immediately received lounge vouchers for each delayed flight in my email. I had no problem showing the QR code at check in, and received all the same benefits as a paid lounge guest. I have already recommended the program to friends and coworkers. It sounded too good to be true, but it works! Happy to report I am now a lifetime member.

WORTH IT I recently experienced an international flight delay from Seoul, Korea to Los Angeles. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to hello vacay, I was able to receive an airport lounge voucher not only for myself but also for my mom and sister (as they were traveling with me) via email promptly after notification of delay. The lounge made my extended wait much more comfortable and enjoyable. The meal food selection and drinks (alcohol included) were delicious. Thanks to this simple sign up, my delay was significantly less stressful and I got to enjoy it with my mom and sis. So worth it.
