I was amazed when I got to experience the relaxing, quiet lounge with all of its terrific amenities instead of spending endless hours at my stress-filled, crowded gate. I would not recommend hello vacay as… I would not recommend hello vacay as they failed to deliver the vouchers. My flight was delayed Oct 12 and received the voucher on Oct 15 after I left the airport and expired in 24 hrs. That tells you they are huge scam and you will be disappointed. Please see attached my travel date Oct 12 and the voucher receipt Oct 15. Biggest scam. Plus they refused to refund me. I paid $99 upgraded fee. Look at all the reviews they had almost everyone had issues with not getting vouchers on time. They take ur money and lots of excuses

Easy no brainer for people who fly a fair oint This is my first delay where there was a Vacay Delay option. I thought I would get a text but I got an email so check both places. I was absolutely thrilled to turn my disappointing delay into a delightful break. (Ok VD, I can join your marketing team lol!). I had a voucher I used at a spa and had a choice of several services . They were pleasant and the process was easy. Way better than roaming around the airport!

Lifetime Insurance Lounge Access Revoked Without Proper Communication or Refund I bought lifetime insurance that included free access to the airport lounge in case of a flight delay of at least 1 hour. However, without any proper communication, the company no longer offers this service. As per inquiry, they stated, 'Due to circumstances beyond their control, we can no longer offer airport lounge access to our members in the same way we have up until now. Simply put, our airport lounge provider changed their policies, and flights can no longer be registered for VacayDelay.' When I asked for a refund, they replied, 'The details of the new feature for HelloLounge are still unavailable as our operations team is finalizing them. We will communicate to you and all our members once the new feature is ready for use, and the details are included." Not a legit business.
