Not sure. Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

I would not recommend hello vacay as… I would not recommend hello vacay as they failed to deliver the vouchers. My flight was delayed Oct 12 and received the voucher on Oct 15 after I left the airport and expired in 24 hrs. That tells you they are huge scam and you will be disappointed. Please see attached my travel date Oct 12 and the voucher receipt Oct 15. Biggest scam. Plus they refused to refund me. I paid $99 upgraded fee. Look at all the reviews they had almost everyone had issues with not getting vouchers on time. They take ur money and lots of excuses

My first experience with using this… My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .

Account suspended after VacayDelay realized I am frequent flyer, lack of response, explanation, refund. Scam. I purchased one year subscription, and then extended that to lifetime. I was initially satisfied with the service - I obtained a voucher for one of my delayed flights (after prompting customer service as vendor's system had not recognized a delay automatically). I have even shared my positive experience at my travel blog. After registering 20+ flights in 2024 for which I already have my tickets, my account was suspended with no explanation. I sent three messages for assistance. All remained unanswered. It appears like when they understand you're a frequent flyer and their model is not profitable, they suspend your account and do not refund you.

WORTH IT I recently experienced an international flight delay from Seoul, Korea to Los Angeles. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to hello vacay, I was able to receive an airport lounge voucher not only for myself but also for my mom and sister (as they were traveling with me) via email promptly after notification of delay. The lounge made my extended wait much more comfortable and enjoyable. The meal food selection and drinks (alcohol included) were delicious. Thanks to this simple sign up, my delay was significantly less stressful and I got to enjoy it with my mom and sis. So worth it.
