I like this kind of service but wrong data for tracking delay I like this kind of service. As a frequent flyer with a lifetime subscription, I can be sure that if something happens, I will be covered. But there is a big 'but.' It tracks using FlightStats data, which are not always accurate. If you're flying from Krakow and you see Flightradar showing a 1-hour delay and the airport timetable also shows a delay, but FlightStats shows nothing, it's disappointing. So for now, I am not satisfied. Hopefully, one day I will be able to use this service effectively.

My first experience with using this… My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .

Great Job Great Job! I decided to go for the gusto and get the Lifetime plan, even tho I've yet to use this service. I was accidentally double-charged. The matter was remedied with a personal email lickety-split before I reached out to address it myself. Although, I never want a delayed flight.
