GBI would not recommend hello vacay as… I would not recommend hello vacay as they failed to deliver the vouchers. My flight was delayed Oct 12 and received the voucher on Oct 15 after I left the airport and expired in 24 hrs. That tells you they are huge scam and you will be disappointed. Please see attached my travel date Oct 12 and the voucher receipt Oct 15. Biggest scam. Plus they refused to refund me. I paid $99 upgraded fee. Look at all the reviews they had almost everyone had issues with not getting vouchers on time. They take ur money and lots of excuses

SKI like this kind of service but wrong data for tracking delay I like this kind of service. As a frequent flyer with a lifetime subscription, I can be sure that if something happens, I will be covered. But there is a big 'but.' It tracks using FlightStats data, which are not always accurate. If you're flying from Krakow and you see Flightradar showing a 1-hour delay and the airport timetable also shows a delay, but FlightStats shows nothing, it's disappointing. So for now, I am not satisfied. Hopefully, one day I will be able to use this service effectively.

GBNot sure. Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

GBTwo weeks after signing up About two weeks after signing up, I had the opportunity to try the service. As soon as my flight hit 60 minutes delayed, an email with the vouchers was sent to me. We had about four lounges/spa/gaming to choose from. Since I was traveling with my 9 year old daughter, we chose DFW Lounge for the snacks and drinks. While the lounge itself was crowded and needed some upgrades, (not Hello Vacays fault) my daughter enjoyed the snacks and chance to relax a little.

ESAbsolutely worth it! I purchased the $29/year plan and wasn't sure if the program would work, but since I travel frequently, I thought the $29 investment would pay for itself in just one use. Several weeks went by with on time departures and then 3 flights all in one week were delayed and I immediately received lounge vouchers for each delayed flight in my email. I had no problem showing the QR code at check in, and received all the same benefits as a paid lounge guest. I have already recommended the program to friends and coworkers. It sounded too good to be true, but it works! Happy to report I am now a lifetime member.
