Easy no brainer for people who fly a fair oint This is my first delay where there was a Vacay Delay option. I thought I would get a text but I got an email so check both places. I was absolutely thrilled to turn my disappointing delay into a delightful break. (Ok VD, I can join your marketing team lol!). I had a voucher I used at a spa and had a choice of several services . They were pleasant and the process was easy. Way better than roaming around the airport!

Friendly & Efficient! I had an incredible experience with HelloVacay! Their customer service is top-tier and professional. They were super helpful when I had a last-minute change to my trip. It works!… Excellent! Except for a few minor issues (1&2). A variety of drinks were readily available. Minimal food/snacks because I was notified at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The company’s communication was prompt, they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr. What could you do better: 1. Close later eg 10pm. 2. Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally. Paola at Orlando Club on 9/1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself (non English speaking). She was making fun of him. This was in poor taste.

Not sure. Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

My first experience with using this… My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .
