Not sure. Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

It works!… Excellent! Except for a few minor issues (1&2). A variety of drinks were readily available. Minimal food/snacks because I was notified at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The company’s communication was prompt, they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr. What could you do better: 1. Close later eg 10pm. 2. Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally. Paola at Orlando Club on 9/1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself (non English speaking). She was making fun of him. This was in poor taste.

I was amazed when I got to experience the relaxing, quiet lounge with all of its terrific amenities instead of spending endless hours at my stress-filled, crowded gate. I like this kind of service but wrong data for tracking delay I like this kind of service. As a frequent flyer with a lifetime subscription, I can be sure that if something happens, I will be covered. But there is a big 'but.' It tracks using FlightStats data, which are not always accurate. If you're flying from Krakow and you see Flightradar showing a 1-hour delay and the airport timetable also shows a delay, but FlightStats shows nothing, it's disappointing. So for now, I am not satisfied. Hopefully, one day I will be able to use this service effectively.
