GBGreat service if your flight is delayed VacayDelay is a great value considering how common flight delays are these days! It was awesome for me last time I traveled. I was flying LAX to BOS and I had significant flight delays both ways. I got an automated email with my lounge voucher. I was easily able to find the lounge based on the instructions, and for me having never been in an airport lounge before, this was a really cool experience!

GBNot sure. Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

ESAbsolutely worth it! I purchased the $29/year plan and wasn't sure if the program would work, but since I travel frequently, I thought the $29 investment would pay for itself in just one use. Several weeks went by with on time departures and then 3 flights all in one week were delayed and I immediately received lounge vouchers for each delayed flight in my email. I had no problem showing the QR code at check in, and received all the same benefits as a paid lounge guest. I have already recommended the program to friends and coworkers. It sounded too good to be true, but it works! Happy to report I am now a lifetime member.

GBTwo weeks after signing up About two weeks after signing up, I had the opportunity to try the service. As soon as my flight hit 60 minutes delayed, an email with the vouchers was sent to me. We had about four lounges/spa/gaming to choose from. Since I was traveling with my 9 year old daughter, we chose DFW Lounge for the snacks and drinks. While the lounge itself was crowded and needed some upgrades, (not Hello Vacays fault) my daughter enjoyed the snacks and chance to relax a little.

GBGreat Job Great Job! I decided to go for the gusto and get the Lifetime plan, even tho I've yet to use this service. I was accidentally double-charged. The matter was remedied with a personal email lickety-split before I reached out to address it myself. Although, I never want a delayed flight. I hope this truly is an awesome way to survive if it happens, Good work.
