GB5 star service The lady that helped me, Emily, was just wonderful. Her customer service was the best I have had anywhere in a long time. Refreshing that there are still good people out there answering the phones versus AI and call trees. Definitely would use Spot2Nite again just based on how helpful Emily was.

GBThe campground was terrible, Spot2Nite was great The campground was terrible. They gave our reserved spot to someone else and no one was around or available to help us. We had to boondock somewhere else, Spot2Nite was great and responded immediately and gave us a refund. It’s 2 days later and I still have heard nothing from the campground. Thanks Spot2Nite for standing behind your service!

GBLess than satisfied Advertised cable TV, but found it was not working when we arrived. Wifi was weak at best - mostly not able to connect. Hot tub was not working and pool cleanliness was questionable - we avoided it even though temperatures were over 100. Site was nice and location was good. $5 for a quart of milk was outrageous. Staff were not very helpful. We made sure we could have something delivered but when we arrived were told that no deliveries on weekends.

GBBeyond Met Expectations Upon booking, I realized I needed to add an additional day to my reservation. I called and talked to Emily, who was absolutely wonderful!! Nowadays, calling a 1-800 number for help usually results in talking with someone who isn't friendly or helpful, so I was calibrated for a hassle. Emily was the polar opposite of that! She happily noted my changes, said she would contact the property and then call me back the next day to confirm...and she did!!! Kudos to Emily. I am not 100% confident in using Spot2Nite. Thank you!

GBBooking difficulty I had a difficult time booking my reservation and called the help number. The young woman I reached went above and beyond helping me booking my reservation. There was difficulty at the site I was booking and she contacted the park and then called me back when they had been able to reconnect their WIFI. I believe her name was Emily.
