Being able to book online Being able to book online. Some private/Good Sam parks require a call to set up or finalize a booking. I try to have everything booked in advance and find it a major hassle if I can't book and confirm online during the evening when I schedule my trips.

First time using the site First time using the site. Reservation went well although fees seem high. Arrived at campground and the owner wasn't aware that we were coming. Thankfully she had a site that accomodated us. I forwarded our confirmation email and she is going to try and figure out why she wasnt notified.

Beyond Met Expectations Upon booking, I realized I needed to add an additional day to my reservation. I called and talked to Emily, who was absolutely wonderful!! Nowadays, calling a 1-800 number for help usually results in talking with someone who isn't friendly or helpful, so I was calibrated for a hassle. Emily was the polar opposite of that! She happily noted my changes, said she would contact the property and then call me back the next day to confirm...and she did!!! Kudos to Emily. I am not 100% confident in using Spot2Nite. Thank you!

5 star service The lady that helped me, Emily, was just wonderful. Her customer service was the best I have had anywhere in a long time. Refreshing that there are still good people out there answering the phones versus AI and call trees. Definitely would use Spot2Nite again just based on how helpful Emily was.

I booked an expensive space 2 nights at… I booked an expensive space 2 nights at Big Pine Key Fishing Resort. $277. Back in oceanfront, full hook ups. What I got was no hookups and a small space, which I refused to accept. I argued with the mgmt who told me Spot2nite had no connection to them, and once I paid Spot2nite there was nothing they could do, or had any obligation to do. However, for $54 MORE they happened to have one space left with hookups I could have. So for $331 I got a space with hook ups nowhere near the water for 2 nights. All I know is, I want out of here. And, first and last time I'll ever camp here or use Spot2nite. Totally disgraceful and unconscionable. Never, ever again.
