The experience was not the one… The experience was not the one expected. The house is beautiful but not clean, which is a big issue when you have kids and its covid and flu season. The pool never heated, neither did the hot tub. Finally the wifi is a shared, nonsecured wifi that doesn’t work. So in general my experience was mehh. Not the best not the worst. For the value I paid I could have gotten a better place for sure. Consider when renting.

Beautiful and fun for the kids Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, more than enough supplies, excellent service, very professional! Excellent location close to Universal theme parks. The kids loved loved loved the Mario bedroom and the pool. We could have just stayed at the condo for 3 days and they would have been amused and happy.

Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!

Well setup house with private pool and… Well setup house with private pool and hot tub. Lots of games for the kids. Theater room. Great amenities. The house was spotless. Perfect place for 2 or 3 families to get together and enjoy the area.

Ice Palace!! The company and property are both amazing!! This is our second year staying at the Ice Palace and my family/friends (15 total) had so much fun we rarely left the house. Everything you need is provided!! Absolutely stunning property! I will book this home every year for our family vacation!!
