Well setup house with private pool and… Well setup house with private pool and hot tub. Lots of games for the kids. Theater room. Great amenities. The house was spotless. Perfect place for 2 or 3 families to get together and enjoy the area.

Great stay What a great place to stay, we were a family of 10. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house were exactly like the pictures. Nothing bad to say. Only thing I would say was , the TV kept going out and the heated pool was not heated at all. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again!!

Dazzling Dreamland We recently stayed at the Dazzling Dreamland house at Solterra. Our number one setback (and seems like a common theme among other recent reviews) was that we paid for pool/hottub heat, and the hottub was only hot a couple of days during our visit. The pool heat also did not work one of the days and it took several phone calls back and forth to get this resolved. Villatel did refund the fee we paid for the heat, so that was very much appreciated. We loved having all the rooms and a separate bathroom for each. My daughter loved the SpongeBob themed room, but was a little disappointed that there were no characters painted on the walls. In one of the photos online, it showed SpongeBob on one of the walls, but he was missing. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been helpful also.

Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!

House beautiful, pool was green for St. Patty's This is the second year my college softball team has stayed with Villatel. The house was amazing, clean, and as expected. The biggest issue we had was that our pool was out of service and unable to be used upon arrival an stayed like that for 5 of the 8 days we were there. We did get 10% back for each day it was unusable, but with a group of 20 college kids, it was very disappointing to arrive to the house with the pool like that. Also, it would be helpful if some of the areas came with setup instructions for example, the bowling alley, the movie theatre room, and the karaoke machine.
