Beautiful upscale vacation home with all the features! We were amazed by how nice this vacation home was. Super modern, amazing features like a huge flatscreen TV, kitchen island, a pool and the kid's room (we chose the "How To Train Your Dragon" room) was really cool. My son loved the arcade set up. The location we stayed at was still being built, so no community pool or basketball court. There was some confusion for LYFT drivers trying to get in to get us in the AM but we started to give the gate as the address and then send the unit as a note. Overall this was about perfect and we would return for sure

The experience was not the one… The experience was not the one expected. The house is beautiful but not clean, which is a big issue when you have kids and its covid and flu season. The pool never heated, neither did the hot tub. Finally the wifi is a shared, nonsecured wifi that doesn’t work. So in general my experience was mehh. Not the best not the worst. For the value I paid I could have gotten a better place for sure. Consider when renting.

Great stay What a great place to stay, we were a family of 10. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house were exactly like the pictures. Nothing bad to say. Only thing I would say was , the TV kept going out and the heated pool was not heated at all. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again!!

Luxurious and modern Luxurious and modern! Loved the theater room and the quality of the arcade room blew my mind away! If I had one complaint it would have been that the dryer was not drying even with a light load. Amenities in the resort was not built/open yet but I definitely would stay here again! It only gets better from here!

Dazzling Dreamland We recently stayed at the Dazzling Dreamland house at Solterra. Our number one setback (and seems like a common theme among other recent reviews) was that we paid for pool/hottub heat, and the hottub was only hot a couple of days during our visit. The pool heat also did not work one of the days and it took several phone calls back and forth to get this resolved. Villatel did refund the fee we paid for the heat, so that was very much appreciated. We loved having all the rooms and a separate bathroom for each. My daughter loved the SpongeBob themed room, but was a little disappointed that there were no characters painted on the walls. In one of the photos online, it showed SpongeBob on one of the walls, but he was missing. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been helpful also.
