The experience was not the one… The experience was not the one expected. The house is beautiful but not clean, which is a big issue when you have kids and its covid and flu season. The pool never heated, neither did the hot tub. Finally the wifi is a shared, nonsecured wifi that doesn’t work. So in general my experience was mehh. Not the best not the worst. For the value I paid I could have gotten a better place for sure. Consider when renting.

Great stay What a great place to stay, we were a family of 10. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house were exactly like the pictures. Nothing bad to say. Only thing I would say was , the TV kept going out and the heated pool was not heated at all. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again!!

Perfect weekend getaway Perfect weekend getaway. Kids absolutely loved it and are missing it already. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The villa was exactly as advertised. Rooms were so spacious; beds were very comfortable; and it was designed perfectly for a family in mind. Can’t wait for the rest of it to be completed. We’ll definitely be back.

A PERFECT multi-family stay We had a terrific time at Villatel at Harbor Island Beach Club celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The home was squeaky clean - all amenities were as described and pictured. Walking distance to a lovely beach - with clean bathrooms beach-side. A perfect home for 3 families to congregate and socialize but with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and quiet work spaces. Clearly well managed and super responsive team.

Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!
