Solterra Resort = Best Memories Ever We stayed in a 10 BR vacation house in Solterra Resort (on Broad Oak) in Davenport, right outside of Orlando. Quite the magical experience that really wowed the kids and our other guests. The theme rooms were divine, and the theater room and arcade really added that extra pop of luxury and extravagance. The 2nd refrigerator was a neccessity i didn't even know i needed, but i was so grateful for it!! There was something to do for everyone, and plenty of room so even with 20 people we never felt crowded. Loved renting from them directly, rather than through a 3rd party. They were very responsive and professional with every communication. The house was amazing, and spotless. All of the costs were transparent, and everything was as promised. Looking forward to our next stay, because they certainly have us spoiled! 🥰 Edited to add that Brianna was especially lovely, patient, and extremely helpful!

Beautiful and fun for the kids Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, more than enough supplies, excellent service, very professional! Excellent location close to Universal theme parks. The kids loved loved loved the Mario bedroom and the pool. We could have just stayed at the condo for 3 days and they would have been amused and happy.

Just booked the VACATION!!! Clean House,very big,Theme rooms just as pictured🫶🏾🫶🏾 If traveling with little ones they will be excited lots of attractions nearby and plenty of Food locations.24/7 security on premises safety is always number one for me when im traveling with my kids.

Rock 'n Roll Retreat We stayed at the Rock 'n Roll Retreat in the Solterra neighborhood. The house was beautiful and so clean! It had all the amenities we needed plus some. The staff was super helpful and always responded quickly. The kids actually chose to stay and play at the house one day instead of going to a theme park. We can't wait to stay at another Villatel property. I've stayed at other vacation rental properties, and was always a little disappointed. Villatel has it figured out. They truly have thought of everything.

Classy Clubhouse is the classiest of clubhouses This was the absolute nicest house I’ve ever stepped in to. From the moment we opened the door and was met was a spotless house with perfect ambient light and the tv playing soft music with a fireplace photo- it was welcoming! Having a bathroom devoted to each bedroom made every member of our party beyond grateful! We woke up each morning to enjoy the pool and hot tub overlooking the pond area and finished each day enjoying the open kitchen/living room with more than enough room for everyone to truly relax and enjoy! We will definitely be back (and bringing even more with us!!)!
