Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!

House beautiful, pool was green for St. Patty's This is the second year my college softball team has stayed with Villatel. The house was amazing, clean, and as expected. The biggest issue we had was that our pool was out of service and unable to be used upon arrival an stayed like that for 5 of the 8 days we were there. We did get 10% back for each day it was unusable, but with a group of 20 college kids, it was very disappointing to arrive to the house with the pool like that. Also, it would be helpful if some of the areas came with setup instructions for example, the bowling alley, the movie theatre room, and the karaoke machine.

Well setup house with private pool and… Well setup house with private pool and hot tub. Lots of games for the kids. Theater room. Great amenities. The house was spotless. Perfect place for 2 or 3 families to get together and enjoy the area.

Beautiful and fun for the kids Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, more than enough supplies, excellent service, very professional! Excellent location close to Universal theme parks. The kids loved loved loved the Mario bedroom and the pool. We could have just stayed at the condo for 3 days and they would have been amused and happy.

Classy Clubhouse is the classiest of clubhouses This was the absolute nicest house I’ve ever stepped in to. From the moment we opened the door and was met was a spotless house with perfect ambient light and the tv playing soft music with a fireplace photo- it was welcoming! Having a bathroom devoted to each bedroom made every member of our party beyond grateful! We woke up each morning to enjoy the pool and hot tub overlooking the pond area and finished each day enjoying the open kitchen/living room with more than enough room for everyone to truly relax and enjoy! We will definitely be back (and bringing even more with us!!)!
