Beautiful upscale vacation home with all the features! We were amazed by how nice this vacation home was. Super modern, amazing features like a huge flatscreen TV, kitchen island, a pool and the kid's room (we chose the "How To Train Your Dragon" room) was really cool. My son loved the arcade set up. The location we stayed at was still being built, so no community pool or basketball court. There was some confusion for LYFT drivers trying to get in to get us in the AM but we started to give the gate as the address and then send the unit as a note. Overall this was about perfect and we would return for sure

Great space Great space. Bowling alley broke daily, which was annoying but there were so many other things the kids didn’t get too upset. The team was very responsive to issues and they were quickly addressed. Nice family getaway!

Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!

Ice Palace!! The company and property are both amazing!! This is our second year staying at the Ice Palace and my family/friends (15 total) had so much fun we rarely left the house. Everything you need is provided!! Absolutely stunning property! I will book this home every year for our family vacation!!
