Solterra Resort = Best Memories Ever We stayed in a 10 BR vacation house in Solterra Resort (on Broad Oak) in Davenport, right outside of Orlando. Quite the magical experience that really wowed the kids and our other guests. The theme rooms were divine, and the theater room and arcade really added that extra pop of luxury and extravagance. The 2nd refrigerator was a neccessity i didn't even know i needed, but i was so grateful for it!! There was something to do for everyone, and plenty of room so even with 20 people we never felt crowded. Loved renting from them directly, rather than through a 3rd party. They were very responsive and professional with every communication. The house was amazing, and spotless. All of the costs were transparent, and everything was as promised. Looking forward to our next stay, because they certainly have us spoiled! 🥰 Edited to add that Brianna was especially lovely, patient, and extremely helpful!

Dazzling Dreamland We recently stayed at the Dazzling Dreamland house at Solterra. Our number one setback (and seems like a common theme among other recent reviews) was that we paid for pool/hottub heat, and the hottub was only hot a couple of days during our visit. The pool heat also did not work one of the days and it took several phone calls back and forth to get this resolved. Villatel did refund the fee we paid for the heat, so that was very much appreciated. We loved having all the rooms and a separate bathroom for each. My daughter loved the SpongeBob themed room, but was a little disappointed that there were no characters painted on the walls. In one of the photos online, it showed SpongeBob on one of the walls, but he was missing. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been helpful also.

A PERFECT multi-family stay We had a terrific time at Villatel at Harbor Island Beach Club celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The home was squeaky clean - all amenities were as described and pictured. Walking distance to a lovely beach - with clean bathrooms beach-side. A perfect home for 3 families to congregate and socialize but with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and quiet work spaces. Clearly well managed and super responsive team.

Amazing Family-Friendly Location A superb location, particularly suited for families. The resort boasts creatively themed rooms with delightful charm. Its unbeatable proximity to both Disney Parks and Universal Studios adds to its allure. The spacious rooms offer ample storage, enhancing the overall comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort for anyone planning a trip to the Orlando area.

Classy Clubhouse is the classiest of clubhouses This was the absolute nicest house I’ve ever stepped in to. From the moment we opened the door and was met was a spotless house with perfect ambient light and the tv playing soft music with a fireplace photo- it was welcoming! Having a bathroom devoted to each bedroom made every member of our party beyond grateful! We woke up each morning to enjoy the pool and hot tub overlooking the pond area and finished each day enjoying the open kitchen/living room with more than enough room for everyone to truly relax and enjoy! We will definitely be back (and bringing even more with us!!)!
