Pirate’s Hideaway Overall the experience was good. It could have been great if Villatel contracts with a new pool maintenance company and customer service management needs to be more attentive. The people answering the phones do their best to resolve issues but are limited. Pool temp and chemicals were the major downfall for the week. The house was spacious and clean. The game room/theater was superb. The pirate room was a smash hit with the kids. Misc items were addressed promptly by the service team. Having the playground right outside our door was terrific. The community amenities were great but they got to capacity very quickly causing a line to get in. Traffic in this general corridor of the I-4 was excessive.

Beautiful and fun for the kids Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, more than enough supplies, excellent service, very professional! Excellent location close to Universal theme parks. The kids loved loved loved the Mario bedroom and the pool. We could have just stayed at the condo for 3 days and they would have been amused and happy.

Villatel is a must go to destination!!!!! The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to return!! You’ll love it! Thank Villatel!!!!

Perfect weekend getaway Perfect weekend getaway. Kids absolutely loved it and are missing it already. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The villa was exactly as advertised. Rooms were so spacious; beds were very comfortable; and it was designed perfectly for a family in mind. Can’t wait for the rest of it to be completed. We’ll definitely be back.

Just booked the VACATION!!! Clean House,very big,Theme rooms just as pictured🫶🏾🫶🏾 If traveling with little ones they will be excited lots of attractions nearby and plenty of Food locations.24/7 security on premises safety is always number one for me when im traveling with my kids.
