If you want a company that doesn't stand behind their services, choose them This company gave me 100% absolute wrongful information, in writing, and caused me a $4,500 loss in a matter of weeks. I was told, in writing, from a senior account manager, Harry, to "Just enter the base rate and we'll take care of the rest." Wow!! They caused me to lose the cleaning fee on numerous bookings (45 of them) within a matter of weeks. They have given me the runaround for months to compensate for their error. They will not stand behind their wrong doing. They know I am unable to sue them as they are in Greece and I am in the USA and it would be incredibly expensive to take legal action against them. I will continue to put the time in to leave these reviews for them everywhere and anywhere possible. Updated on Nov. 16, 2022 to respond to owner of HostHub: It’s nice to actually get a definitive response from someone. I’d like to thank you for that. I’ve had numerous correspondences with Harry, Olga, Janice, Christos and others over a period of months. Had I not been told by Harry to enter the base rate and your company would take care of the rest we would not be here today. Harry’s information was wrong… And I have it in writing. Those bookings all happened without a cleaning fee within a very short period of time for future dates. Once I started reconciling the account, yes, some time lapsed. However, those 45 bookings all occurred within a very short window. I did accept resolution for a small portion refunded and for services. I even counter offered with replacing the cash portion refund with services to which I followed up detailing in an email to Harry. This was my last discussion with him. I spoke with him 6am my time. I followed up with him via email twice more and he nor anyone else responded unless it was just to say he’s unavailable; he’s on vacation; he’s busy; he’s in a meeting… I would love to share all my chat logs and emails and calls. I’ve made every attempt possible over the last 6 months to be agreeable. The true issue is the disregard by your company until I started posting publicly. You have had my personal contact information available to you all this time.

Syncbnb have been amazing very easy to… Syncbnb have been amazing very easy to setup and use (compared to a few other trial channel managers I’d tried). Any initial setup niggles have been very quickly addressed by the team via the chat function. Makes your life a LOT easier across all your booking channels. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It just runs quietly in the background… It just runs quietly in the background and gives you all the data you need. If there is question, they answer very quickly and resolve whatever is needed. We have been customers for almost five years now and wouldn't have it any other way.

Worse property management software and… Worse property management software and horrible customer service. Their software allows too many double booking and they fail to link my properties on numerous occasions. What’s more is they deleted my conversation where is specifically provided them with the property relations. They have yet to provide the full transcript of my conversation because they refuse to honor their so call no double booking guarantee policy. Stay clear of this software and their customer service.

Best short term rental calendar syncing product I've seen or tried. I have been using Syncbnb for 3 months now and I must say it solves all my syncing problems. I have 4 rentals and 6 channels including direct. All connections work perfectly, fast and accurately, I use both iCal and API connections as not all my channels allow API. The highlight of my experience with Syncbnb is the customer service. Time zone issues aside they are fast and responsive. Have never had a bad experience. I wish all my OTA's where as good. I highly recommend this product. It really solved my issues. I didn't want a full on channel manager or CRM. I still like being personal with my guests and responses. This really fills that role without all the cost or the fluff. Give it a try.
