Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO 2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow 3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany, 4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo

Easy to setup, Easily pays for itself I'm a vacation rental owner with properties on both VRBO and Airbnb. PriceLabs dynamic pricing was easy to setup with great how-to videos and excellent, responsive customer support. I was able to get everything set up in a day or two. I moved to priceLabs after trying for two weeks to get one of their competitors to work. Pricelabs more than pays for itself as I've filled many nights with higher prices than I would have been comfortable setting myself.

Dynamic Pricing is Game Changer on ROI Prior to using PriceLabs it was time consuming checking out competitors and rates of similar properties in the area through different OTAs. Creating Christmas, school holiday, long weekend, peak and standard rates or special events. Now with PriceLabs artificial intelligence and their algorithms it dynamically works out the price per night and varies accordingly. Don't have to think it works out the rate for me and even suggests a base rate. Increases and drops rates as required. In past I may have only charged $400 for a weekend but in peak season PriceLabs is charging $1,000 and guests are willing to pay. Amazing. One of the best 3rd party add-ons to my property management software.
