Pricelabs (and KeyNest) are my two… Pricelabs (and KeyNest) are my two favourite tools for my two apartments in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Pricelabs is particularly useful because i've got it configured in such a way that I can avoid gaps, and lower my prices as the date gets closer, which makes my occupancy much better

The info available is great on this site and the options to customize make booking so much better than what's available on Airbnb. The auto dynamic pricing alone is worth it, not to mention ability to set orphan nights and fill in empty weekdays without having to shorten 3 night minimum. The email response is fast and through to all questions!
