It can be as simple or sophisticated as you want, according to how deep you want to delve into revenue management for your portfolio. All bases are covered, and the system is always getting better and improving. This is a good place to start if you are not already doing revenue management!

I don't think it's very reliable My experience with price labs so far has been as such: 1. Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO 2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow 3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany, 4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo
