Excellent customer support I have been working with Daniel Zammata on my pricing strategy for the past month. he has been very helpful in guiding me through the tool, helping me setup my new properties, but also giving tips to increase my ranking on OTA's. He responds to emails very quickly, and always makes himself available to answer my questions via call. While I am still getting used to this tool, and cannot really rate the tool yet, I can speak highly of Daniel.

Each answer was complemented by a link to the knowledge base. Daily summary emails reiterated concepts and provided links to related knowledge base articles. The inclusion of real-life cases for discussion and feedback requests on actual issues was particularly beneficial. I don't think it's very reliable My experience with price labs so far has been as such: 1. Integration with Smoobu - Smoobu blames Pricelabs, which blames Smoobu bottom line - I have to disable VRBO 2. Slow. The system is hilariously slow 3. Geolocation - My properties are in Thailand yet are geolocated to Germany when comparing hotel prices. I opened a ticket and talked to support – Yeah, we will send this to the Data Science department. Well, I’m still waiting for a response, and hotels are still in Germany, 4. Prices unreliable – 1 bedroom apartment X3 more expansive than a two-bedroom apartment in the same condo

Great User and Business Experience We are working with our own PMS (RuralGest) to provide a tech and commercial solution to our partners in México. No accuracy, will make you lose money The service lacks accuracy in the pricing suggested. The support ignores any feedback and bug reports. It seems that they know that the service sucks, but they don't care, they use marketing to find customers willing to pay this huge price without realizing that the price predictor uses some basic low-level algorithm. It has more probability to make you lose money than gain some.
