Later also found out that extra insurance through CarNGo won’t even work if you get into an accident! Absolute trash website! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation. If you want to hire a car, go straight through the rental company’s site, not through these pathetic scam artists.

Abosolute SCAM BEWARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL. They are an abosolute scam. Your reservation is not a guarantee of services. It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). If I could give them negative stars I would!

Disgusting I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.
