They cheat us for our money they didn't… They cheat us for our money they didn't give us the car or the money back its the same company who have Ryanair they cheat and only cheating business when we came to pick up a car they will give us some old car and not cabriolet land rover like we had ordre or similar they have a Peugeot 206 not cabriolet at least beacause the land rover it had made and accident we sad ok give us our money back 460 € back for two days I could put 500 more and buy that car. They sad Carngo have our money we spoke with them long talk short they sad like take it or leave it and forget you money. Don't ever use this kind off cheating company.

Disgusting I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Do not use for business trips!!! I rented a car via CARNGO at AVIS in Windsor, Canada, for a business trip. I am now being sent back and forth between CARNGO and AVIS, because nobody can give me an invoice that I can hand in at my company. DO NOT USE CARNGO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE! I paid CARNGO and expect an invoice from them, but they refer me to AVIS. AVIS claims that they recieved the money from CARNGO an therefore can not give me an invoice.

There were no problems with the search, I chose a bmw car and on arrival it was standing near the airport where a representative of the rental Alvis was waiting for me. They signed several papers and he gave me the keys. Flying away from Rome, I left the car in the same place. This service for finding a rental car pleased me.

Stole my money in Colombia I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Now cartrawler and rentafacil have me listed as a noshow and I can't get a refund. They stole $300 from me Feb 3 2024 CO844553460
