ATDo not use for business trips!!! I rented a car via CARNGO at AVIS in Windsor, Canada, for a business trip. I am now being sent back and forth between CARNGO and AVIS, because nobody can give me an invoice that I can hand in at my company. DO NOT USE CARNGO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE! I paid CARNGO and expect an invoice from them, but they refer me to AVIS. AVIS claims that they recieved the money from CARNGO an therefore can not give me an invoice.

RUVery pleased with the car rental… Very pleased with the car rental company CARNGO. I needed a few days to travel around Moscow. Took the most popular model in economy class - Hyundai Solaris, for 2200 per day. Problems with paperwork was not, the car took from the parking lot. The car is clean, serviceable, there was no damage during the rental period. Just in case, took with insurance. In general, I liked everything and with a clear conscience I can advise this company to choose.

GBInsurance con The car was fine, clean and ready. it was fueled and no issues whilst we had it. pick up and drop off (Fuerteventura) was easy. The reason for the poor score is, yet again, that feeling of being ripped off with insurance charges. We booked through Carngo although the car was provided by Top Car. When booking with Carngo, predictably the usual scare stories about the cost of damage insurance so we took the extra insurance. When collecting the car, Top Car insisted we took extra insurance or leave a huge deposit in case of damage. We showed them the paperwork for the extra insurance we had taken but he was unmoved; we had to take more extra insurance or leave the deposit. we paid the extra insurance (again) feeling conned. If you book via Carngo, don't get the extra insurance because the car provider will likely insist you do it with them. Better still, book with a different company.
