It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH CARNGO IF YOU ARE HIRING FROM AUSTRALIA!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that extra insurance through CarNGo won’t even work if you get into an accident! Absolute trash website! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation. If you want to hire a car, go straight through the rental company’s site, not through these pathetic scam artists.
