Stole my money in Colombia I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation. If you want to hire a car, go straight through the rental company’s site, not through these pathetic scam artists.
