It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). There were no problems with the search, I chose a bmw car and on arrival it was standing near the airport where a representative of the rental Alvis was waiting for me. They signed several papers and he gave me the keys. Flying away from Rome, I left the car in the same place. This service for finding a rental car pleased me.

Very pleased with the car rental… Very pleased with the car rental company CARNGO. I needed a few days to travel around Moscow. Took the most popular model in economy class - Hyundai Solaris, for 2200 per day. Problems with paperwork was not, the car took from the parking lot. The car is clean, serviceable, there was no damage during the rental period. Just in case, took with insurance. In general, I liked everything and with a clear conscience I can advise this company to choose.

Do not use for business trips!!! I rented a car via CARNGO at AVIS in Windsor, Canada, for a business trip. I am now being sent back and forth between CARNGO and AVIS, because nobody can give me an invoice that I can hand in at my company. DO NOT USE CARNGO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE! I paid CARNGO and expect an invoice from them, but they refer me to AVIS. AVIS claims that they recieved the money from CARNGO an therefore can not give me an invoice.

Stole my money in Colombia I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Now cartrawler and rentafacil have me listed as a noshow and I can't get a refund. They stole $300 from me Feb 3 2024 CO844553460
