I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.

Carngo offers so 7 and 8 seater cars, but we found out that it is cheaper to book 2 economy car than any multi-seater. After calculating all expenses (car rental price, insurance, Excess fee, 2 baby seats), we realized that it was really cheaper. Moreover, it was even more convenient, we had so much space for our luggage. I think that was the best choice we made. So don’t forget to calculate different options, one big car may be more expensive than two small ones.
