Disgusting I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.

It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund).
