Disgusting I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.

Abosolute SCAM BEWARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL. They are an abosolute scam. Your reservation is not a guarantee of services. It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). If I could give them negative stars I would!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH CARNGO IF YOU ARE HIRING FROM AUSTRALIA!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that extra insurance through CarNGo won’t even work if you get into an accident! Absolute trash website! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation. If you want to hire a car, go straight through the rental company’s site, not through these pathetic scam artists.

I highly recommend this company if you… I highly recommend this company if you need a car for a short period. Affordable prices and a large selection of cars. There is a suitable car for everyone. The fleet of the company is large, all cars are in good condition, clean and well maintained, it is immediately clear that the company cares about its reputation, and about its client.
