They sad Carngo have our money we spoke with them long talk short they sad like take it or leave it and forget you money. Don't ever use this kind off cheating company.

When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Insurance con The car was fine, clean and ready. it was fueled and no issues whilst we had it. pick up and drop off (Fuerteventura) was easy. The reason for the poor score is, yet again, that feeling of being ripped off with insurance charges. We booked through Carngo although the car was provided by Top Car. When booking with Carngo, predictably the usual scare stories about the cost of damage insurance so we took the extra insurance. When collecting the car, Top Car insisted we took extra insurance or leave a huge deposit in case of damage. We showed them the paperwork for the extra insurance we had taken but he was unmoved; we had to take more extra insurance or leave the deposit. we paid the extra insurance (again) feeling conned. If you book via Carngo, don't get the extra insurance because the car provider will likely insist you do it with them. Better still, book with a different company.
