The car is clean, serviceable, there was no damage during the rental period. Just in case, took with insurance. Stole my money in Colombia I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me.
