Do not use for business trips!!! I rented a car via CARNGO at AVIS in Windsor, Canada, for a business trip. I am now being sent back and forth between CARNGO and AVIS, because nobody can give me an invoice that I can hand in at my company. DO NOT USE CARNGO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE! I paid CARNGO and expect an invoice from them, but they refer me to AVIS. AVIS claims that they recieved the money from CARNGO an therefore can not give me an invoice.

Carngo offers so 7 and 8 seater cars, but we found out that it is cheaper to book 2 economy car than any multi-seater. After calculating all expenses (car rental price, insurance, Excess fee, 2 baby seats), we realized that it was really cheaper. Moreover, it was even more convenient, we had so much space for our luggage. I think that was the best choice we made. So don’t forget to calculate different options, one big car may be more expensive than two small ones.
