It's like going to the DMVs!(bring all your supporting documents and arrive EARLY) Cancel your reservation before your reservation time (or they will not give you full refund). Disgusting I can't believe that a company would charge so much for deposit in this day and age , rip offs don't touch this company. I had a bereavement and also struggled to sort out a few things to collect the car and they don't care they simply kept my £44 and said if I want it keep going through the hoops basically to see if you can get it back. Disgusting.
