Not a Bad Stay First off, Starmark helped us out when our VRBO home was taken off the rental program 4 weeks before our trip. They found us a house comparable to the size we oringinally rented and worked out an extra night for us. The house however had a couple issues, like roaches, not enough cookware and utensils, and the games in the garage were in need of some attention. Overall not a bad stay but compared to our last rental in Orlando, it could have been better.

Nice apartment in a villa. Nice apartment in a villa with free parking. Full kitchen, two full baths, and working wireless internet. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shops and parks, not too far away from highways. Gated, resort like community, with two pools (with chairs and umbrellas). Just minutes away from Disney parks.

The check-in process was a disaster The check-in process was a disaster. The email instruction for checking in to the property was inaccurate including the gate code. You need to fix this issue for future renters. However, the management responded timely by phone to get us in. For a positive note, the property is spacious, well-appointed and clean.

Our family enjoyed staying in the home… Our family enjoyed staying in the home it was beautiful,the kids and grandkids loved the themed bedrooms,and the pool and spa. I loved the safety precautions taken around the pool,wish we had of had the spa heated. The house had everything that we needed and we would gladly stay again.will use star mark again. Thank you!!
