The check-in process was a disaster The check-in process was a disaster. The email instruction for checking in to the property was inaccurate including the gate code. You need to fix this issue for future renters. However, the management responded timely by phone to get us in. For a positive note, the property is spacious, well-appointed and clean.

STARMARK --Davenport, FL House- good location, relatively clean; Pool- liner/interior dirty, charges for heating pool; On the cheap policy-- extremely limited supplies i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, only two washcloths provided all inadequate for house that sleeps six people; Four twin mattresses- flipped off the box springs--after calling to complain, the mattresses were changed; Instructions to put out garbage-- garbage was put out to curb but NOT picked up, cans moved back from end of driveway by unknown person??? Instructions re: thermostat to be kept no lower than 72 degrees, two separate days returned to house after being away all day and found thermostat at 69 and 70 degrees??? Overall, we would NOT rent with Starmark again! Deference and response to clients far better at hotel/motel.

I was very disappointed in the property… I was very disappointed in the property we stayed at. The home is very outdated, the mattress were very hard and old (in three of the bedrooms), the towels were old and needed to be replaced, the toilet seat in the master bathroom downstairs needed to be replaced, the garage was dirty and the pool table didn’t have to property equipment to play pool, the interior needs to be painted very bad, and the television in the living room is outdated (clarity was bad. The home could’ve been cleaned better the baseboards were dirty. Overall, the stay wasn’t as pleasant as last year. The pictures of this property weren’t anything like the actually home. The pictures made it looked much nicer. This home needs a lot of TLC. Hoping next year we have a better property.

Convenient And spacious This was a perfect place to stay! We need to be close to the convention center and it was literally three minutes away. Everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse is awesome and the running track is peaceful in the morning.

No necessities like dishwashing detergent or trash bags We didn't realize that you needed to pre-arrange for pool heat so we lost 2 days waiting for it to be turned on and then heat up. Then when we were ready to finally use it it had been turned off. So we really didn't get to enjoy the pool. There were no trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent. So keeping the house clean and getting it ready for move-out turned out to be difficult. There were 3 occasions where I called the management number. It was only answered once. The other 2 times it was not answered and I never received a call back.
