Great location...too hot inside! In general the property is in very good condition and accessible to everything. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. On the other hand in the house we had a lot of heat, even at bedtime. I understand that for being a rental they want to limit the expenses but to feel the air conditioning in 84 degrees seems a bit excessive to me. we lowered the a/c to 69 degrees (not very cold or hot) and in a matter of minutes it returned to 84 degrees. If it were not for that, being in the house was not comfortable because of the heat, I would say that the property is perfect.

Once we arrived at our vacation home Once we arrived at our vacation home, the home hadn’t been cleaned at all. We had driven 7.5 hours and we were ready to kick back and relax. Instead we had to come into a filthy home that should have been inspected before arrival. We were given accommodations at the same level, but no service recovery. For a company that is supposed to be professional, some form of service recovery should have been given. I was told that I would receive a call from management and I never heard anything else from her. I will never use this company again. I wish I could have uploaded the photos. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Great stay. Wonderful experience! My family are I just spent 12nights at this beautiful 3bedroom apartment. We arrived to meet everything literally as described.The apartment was very neat and cozy. It has a lovely bathroom attached to the master's bedroom and the second bathroom is shared by the other 2rooms.All bedrooms had a Tv. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for use. Whenever we had any issue, Leandro in maintenance was always over( with a kind smile) quickly to sort it out. He made our stay quite comfortable. The environment where this apartment is located is quite pleasant. We had access to a pool and gym located on the premises. There are 2 grocery stores literally close by. International drive is a few minutes away by car. Having such a great place to come back to, every evening after an exhausting day at the theme parks, made our vacation even more perfect. I will definitely stay here again when next I am in Orlando.
