Great location...too hot inside! In general the property is in very good condition and accessible to everything. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. On the other hand in the house we had a lot of heat, even at bedtime. I understand that for being a rental they want to limit the expenses but to feel the air conditioning in 84 degrees seems a bit excessive to me. we lowered the a/c to 69 degrees (not very cold or hot) and in a matter of minutes it returned to 84 degrees. If it were not for that, being in the house was not comfortable because of the heat, I would say that the property is perfect.

Our family enjoyed staying in the home… Our family enjoyed staying in the home it was beautiful,the kids and grandkids loved the themed bedrooms,and the pool and spa. I loved the safety precautions taken around the pool,wish we had of had the spa heated. The house had everything that we needed and we would gladly stay again.will use star mark again. Thank you!!

Thanksgiving Vacation I had family come in for 2016 Thanksgiving holiday so I rented a vacation home through StarmarkVacationHomes.com, turned out being the best Thanksgiving holiday spent with family in a long long time. The house was spotless & well kept. Although we bought our own toiletries & towels the home was stocked with plenty towels & some cleaning supplies. The kitchen was equipped with plenty utensils & the neighborhood was well kept and clean. We invited an older couple over to join us & end up making new friends. I will be renting through Starmark for future vacation/family gatherings.

No necessities like dishwashing detergent or trash bags We didn't realize that you needed to pre-arrange for pool heat so we lost 2 days waiting for it to be turned on and then heat up. Then when we were ready to finally use it it had been turned off. So we really didn't get to enjoy the pool. There were no trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent. So keeping the house clean and getting it ready for move-out turned out to be difficult. There were 3 occasions where I called the management number. It was only answered once. The other 2 times it was not answered and I never received a call back.

Our stay was great Our stay was great! the house is beautiful and well kept. However we did have some issues when the second floor light switch went off in the kids rooms and bathroom and they had no power for 12hrs. And we also had some issues with the direction of reserving the grill. My family was under the impression that the grill was included but it was not and we had plans to grill on Saturday and spend time as a family and we could not because we had to wait until Monday. Otherwise things were excellent. Everything was as described in the picture.
