We had already contacted Airbnb to cancel the reservation and book with a more competent company while waiting for a reply. In the year 2023 and the availability of options for digital communication a reply should not take 8 hours. A key part of the day in this type of business is to have someone watching all communications from 3pm-6pm during check in times at all places under your umbrella.

Horrible place to rent from Such a joke, this turnkey vacation rentals is a horrible place to rent from. There is a state of emergency up in San Bernardino mts where we rented the cabin, roads are closed and there is an official state of emergency and they won't refund us our money? Stay away from Turnkey vacation rentals, they will rip you off no matter what!

Be sure to review the cancelation… Be sure to review the cancelation policy thoroughly. We had to cancel a reservation due to a covid hospitalization and a death in the family. We gave ample notification and were still charged full price. When contacted for some sort of reimbursement, they referenced the cancelation policy and sent us packing, charging us full price for something we didn't use. They had enough time to rent it out again. I'm sure they did and made double the money. We will never use Turnkey or VRBO again.

We were in Palm Springs for a family… We were in Palm Springs for a family reunion. This nicely remodeled house was in a convenient location near where other relatives were staying and only a mile from our reunion host's place. The house had *everything* we could have asked for --the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked for cooking, plenty of beach towels, clean and warm pool, comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. We plan to return again.

Everything about Palmilla and the condo… Everything about Palmilla and the condo were great. We highly recommend the location; best place we've stayed in Port A. The toiletries provided (shampoo, soap) were poor quality, and there was very little water pressure. Taking a shower was difficult and annoying.
