Fabulous home This home was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to communicate with owner who was very responsive. One of the most comfortable and fun homes we have ever stayed in. Location was also great--easy to access the beach, yet in a quiet beautiful neighborhood going up the hill toward the palisades. Highest rating!!

Great location a block from the cabriolet lift. Great location a block from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons. Older unit but clean. Couch and dishwasher need attention, some quirky electrical outlets that at times failed to charge our phones. My biggest complaint is that I contacted Turnkey prior to booking to verify the number of full bayhs and was assured there were 3. In reality there were only 2 1/2 baths which made showering a headache for six guys trying to get ready for dinner. It met our needs but barely.

Top Notch Experience All Around The entire experience from first call to checkout was top notch. The property was clean and even nicer than advertised, with lovely vintage furnishings. I'd not hesitate to book through Turnkey again, and I would TOTALLY stay at this property again.

Everything about Palmilla and the condo… Everything about Palmilla and the condo were great. We highly recommend the location; best place we've stayed in Port A. The toiletries provided (shampoo, soap) were poor quality, and there was very little water pressure. Taking a shower was difficult and annoying.

Wonderful Home, View, Experience ! Beautiful home. Excellently accommodated 4 couples. 3 Large bedrooms en-suite, 4th smaller with bath down hall but powder room right next to bedroom. Large gourmet kitchen with wrap around counter. Accommodates multiple cooks! The views from the living room and patio with its wall to wall sliding glass doors is spectacular! Beautiful Sunsets most nights. Unobstructed ocean views below. Ride into Kona takes about 10 minutes or so. Shopping nearby for groceries, etc. Safeway, Walmart both close.
