Spiral Staircase This property was very cozy and comfortable. Emily is a fantastic host and her mom, who lives downstairs, is eager to be helpful to guests. This property only has access via an outdoor spiral staircase, so guests with mobility challenges or oversized luggage may find it difficult to enter and exit.

New Years Condo This was our first experience with TurnKey. From beginning to end TurnKey kept us informed about every aspect of our stay. They were quick to respond to text messages and handled any minor issues with care. We had a fun, relaxing trip and will most likely stay at this property again this year.

We found Turnkey staff to be helpful… We found Turnkey staff to be helpful and friendly and very responsive to queries. For us, best property management company we’ve yet experienced. We appreciated being able to text them and their swiftness in response time. I didn’t get a sense of tedious bureaucracy, just a quick, useful and human answer to my questions. Well done!

Great location a block from the cabriolet lift. Great location a block from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons. Older unit but clean. Couch and dishwasher need attention, some quirky electrical outlets that at times failed to charge our phones. My biggest complaint is that I contacted Turnkey prior to booking to verify the number of full bayhs and was assured there were 3. In reality there were only 2 1/2 baths which made showering a headache for six guys trying to get ready for dinner. It met our needs but barely.

WORST EXPERIENCE Cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance despite booking 7 months ago! Who does that? The only “comparable” rental they would offer was not acceptable for our needs. They actually had one property available that would work, but wanted us to cover cost difference. Turnkey forced us to book the day before our flight, Of course it’s higher! Will never work with turnkey and will share our experience with as many people as possible. AVOID!
