Spiral Staircase This property was very cozy and comfortable. Emily is a fantastic host and her mom, who lives downstairs, is eager to be helpful to guests. This property only has access via an outdoor spiral staircase, so guests with mobility challenges or oversized luggage may find it difficult to enter and exit.

Top Notch Experience All Around The entire experience from first call to checkout was top notch. The property was clean and even nicer than advertised, with lovely vintage furnishings. I'd not hesitate to book through Turnkey again, and I would TOTALLY stay at this property again.

Be sure to review the cancelation… Be sure to review the cancelation policy thoroughly. We had to cancel a reservation due to a covid hospitalization and a death in the family. We gave ample notification and were still charged full price. When contacted for some sort of reimbursement, they referenced the cancelation policy and sent us packing, charging us full price for something we didn't use. They had enough time to rent it out again. I'm sure they did and made double the money. We will never use Turnkey or VRBO again.

Horrible place to rent from Such a joke, this turnkey vacation rentals is a horrible place to rent from. There is a state of emergency up in San Bernardino mts where we rented the cabin, roads are closed and there is an official state of emergency and they won't refund us our money? Stay away from Turnkey vacation rentals, they will rip you off no matter what!

We found Turnkey staff to be helpful… We found Turnkey staff to be helpful and friendly and very responsive to queries. For us, best property management company we’ve yet experienced. We appreciated being able to text them and their swiftness in response time. I didn’t get a sense of tedious bureaucracy, just a quick, useful and human answer to my questions. Well done!
