I like how their website goes into great detail. There’s a lot of misleading information out there but this is a site I can always trust. I enjoy using their services a lot and will share what I learned with all of my friends. They have the same interests as I do so I know they will love them as much as I did.

GBUSELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL This is the worst channel manager I have ever worked with. Not only does it lose the connection to the properties all the time and I have to reconnect my properties at least five times a month. But also, I just recently added to Booking.com to my Hosttools, and then it deleted all my entries on Booking.com, forcing me to re-enter all the information on my 10 properties, again, which took me over five hours. This is a cheap channel manager, but it’s full of bugs and entirely useless. The customer service is ridiculous, they don’t respond to anything, nor do they even offer phone support. Entirely unprofessional.
