USUSELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL This is the worst channel manager I have ever worked with. Not only does it lose the connection to the properties all the time and I have to reconnect my properties at least five times a month. But also, I just recently added to Booking.com to my Hosttools, and then it deleted all my entries on Booking.com, forcing me to re-enter all the information on my 10 properties, again, which took me over five hours. This is a cheap channel manager, but it’s full of bugs and entirely useless. The customer service is ridiculous, they don’t respond to anything, nor do they even offer phone support. Entirely unprofessional.

USDouble booking nightmares Double bookings, guest lock outs, terrible support. Do not use this software. Host tools used to be great, but their support has been very bad lately. I've had to deal with continuous disconnects from VRBO, Guest door codes being cancelled before their reservations are over, and double bookings even though all platforms are correctly configured. Take your business elsewhere as there are many more channel manager softwares currently on the market.

CHThis company offers tremendously great support! This company offers an excellent product that does a great job of managing your short term rentals' calendars to prevent double bookings. When things were not clear or working perfectly, support was an email away and I was never kept waiting more than one business day for a reply and then even faster in the back and forth support process (I am on the other side of the world too so most of the wait was through the night). That is worth gold to me in today's usual terrible customer support contact systems. Highly recommended.

GBTeething issues and not ready for the market Having looked at several channel managers, i hoped this one would suit me. It appears to have great reviews and reasonably priced too. So I gave it a go - excited to finally be getting my short term rental business organised. My experience this time was that (a) it wouldn't connect with Airbnb at all (b) it wouldn't connect with booking.com either. Reported this - the couple who run the platform tried to help. But didn't help at all. Biggest issue i had was that they seemed to forget there was a customer on the other end and although they appeared to be trying to sort out the problem, they never told me that... just left me wondering what was happening. This was a disaster of a trial - and when i told them that, they just said "sorry you feel that way". Nothing worked at all and my customer experience in this case was terrible.

USHost Tools has been a lifesaver! Host Tools has been a lifesaver!. It has saved me countless hours by automating my Airbnb and VRBO messaging. It also helps me keep my listings availability in sync and pricing up to date. I highly recommend it!
