GBUSELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL This is the worst channel manager I have ever worked with. Not only does it lose the connection to the properties all the time and I have to reconnect my properties at least five times a month. But also, I just recently added to Booking.com to my Hosttools, and then it deleted all my entries on Booking.com, forcing me to re-enter all the information on my 10 properties, again, which took me over five hours. This is a cheap channel manager, but it’s full of bugs and entirely useless. The customer service is ridiculous, they don’t respond to anything, nor do they even offer phone support. Entirely unprofessional.

AUInstalling Host Tools is the best… Installing Host Tools is the best thing, as I was manually managing 20 properties and very simple to use and set up

CHThis company offers tremendously great support! This company offers an excellent product that does a great job of managing your short term rentals' calendars to prevent double bookings. When things were not clear or working perfectly, support was an email away and I was never kept waiting more than one business day for a reply and then even faster in the back and forth support process (I am on the other side of the world too so most of the wait was through the night). That is worth gold to me in today's usual terrible customer support contact systems. Highly recommended.
